26/06/2026: The meal was reasonably decent, but still! The reputation isn't what it used to be... The prices are high compared to the quality of the food. Nothing extraordinary compared to other restaurants in the same price range. Some dishes are completely out of place at this time of year, and the desserts are mediocre at best... Certainly not at this price. The restaurant has a nice location despite the sewer smells on hot days and the lack of air conditioning. It's a shame. Best of luck to the staff working under these conditions.

28/06/2026: Stopped by today for a birthday celebration. The food was excellent. However, I must point out that you advertise a €42 menu with two supplements for the starters (€3 and €5), one supplement for the main course (€5), and one supplement for the cheese course (€8), bringing the total to €60. It would be more sensible to offer two separate menus. I don't think this is very fair. Everyone is tempted by the foie gras and the beef. Sincerely, Sent

06/07/2026: A small, unique restaurant. The service is excellent; we were treated to the spectacle of the preparation of the sole, reconstructed from its four fillets, on two occasions. The dishes are beautiful, delicious, and original. And, unusually, the desserts are in the same spirit. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

27/02/2026: I'm giving 5 stars because I can't give 6. I ordered from La Fabrique on Deliveroo and honestly, I'm super satisfied! 👌 The crepes were delicious, generously filled, and incredibly fresh. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in their preparation. The order arrived hot, well-packaged, and on time. It's rare to find such a reliable crepe delivery service. I would definitely recommend them! 🔥 Thanks to the whole team! 👏

Seeing the beauty and flavors of the appetizers and main courses, I wasn't expecting that. BUT! It doesn't detract from the overall rating or the enjoyment of the experience. I truly enjoyed this meal with the view of our lovely lake, and I would recommend it without hesitation. ✨️

30/05/2026: A bearded employee with ear piercings was quite unpleasant and arrogant! We politely asked if we could be served, and he told us that one drink for two people wasn't enough?! My friend didn't want to order, and he told us that one drink wasn't enough! We don't mind the drinks themselves; it's the way he spoke to us. Being looked at with contempt and arrogance isn't for everyone, and neither is being turned away from customers. Social interaction isn't forced! Sincerely

30/05/2026: We stopped by for ice cream, and the order took forever! Even though there weren't many people in the restaurant. The owner paces around the restaurant a lot, and as soon as you pay, there's not even a goodbye; he just hands over the money, that's all he cares about. One of the two servers was really professional and friendly, but the other wasn't very pleasant! I'd like to see him in person...

20/06/2026: We came for lunch with colleagues and our interns, and we had a wonderful time on the terrace. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere convivial. We particularly enjoyed the grilled andouillette sausage with fries: a real treat! The portions were generous, well-prepared, and very tasty. We would gladly recommend this place for a meal with colleagues or friends. We will definitely be back.

Therefore, it's a mixed experience: an excellent welcome and quality service, but the cuisine needs improvement to bring it up to the level of the overall experience.
