06/02/2026: What a great find! The place is cozy and the staff is incredibly welcoming, not to mention full of helpful advice. The menu is enticing and concise, as the dishes are very elaborate and change weekly. A vegetarian option is always available. I was pleasantly surprised by what I tasted, with original shapes, textures, colors, and flavors. It was exquisite :)

10/12/2025: Hello, This is a fast-food place for tourists; customers are served quickly and left quickly. Don't expect a warm welcome; you're there to eat fast, pay fast, and leave. Drinks were served after the main courses, the meat wasn't cooked to order, and the servers were wearing earpieces to speed things up. Luckily, the decor is nice. Goodbye forever 👎

03/02/2026: I've been going to this restaurant for over five years and have never been disappointed. Tonight, we went just for dessert and a drink. I was extremely disappointed with the lemon tart; I didn't eat it. The cream had no lemon flavor, but there was a ton of butter, and the amount was completely off. The waiter asked me about it, and I explained. There was no gesture of goodwill, as I had paid for the tart I didn't eat. I won't be going back. It's a shame; the service is no longer pleasant, and neither is the quality of the food. When something isn't to our liking, they should never let the customer leave on a negative note. I do not recommend it.

13/03/2026: KITCHEN NIGHTMARE! PHILIPPE?? We need help here… Have you heard of it? This is where it's happening. One of my only regrets is not being able to give it a zero. My colleague and I arrived on a Thursday at lunchtime, excited to eat in this little country bistro… with its beautiful photos… GLOCK, no music, a female owner, her daughter who was a waitress, and her son who was the cook. Insults were flying between them, and the tomato juice wasn't fresh and must have gone bad (I was sick the next day)… The starter arrived… I wondered if it was a hidden camera prank, but there was no camera… A gentleman was eating next to us; he was also very, very surprised. WE LEFT after the starter. And after talking to people around the village, I learned that this restaurant is known for this. Unfortunately, I give you no more than a year before you close unless Philippe intervenes…????!????

18/01/2026: We stopped by chance, but we'll definitely be back! Excellent welcome. A meal worthy of a gourmet restaurant. An explosion of flavors. Perfect wine pairing and a very reasonable bill considering the quality of the food. Bravo to the chef!

17/03/2026: Passing through, we stopped, drawn in by the Maître Restaurateur logo. Overall, the food was good, but I was surprised to see such a wide selection of crêpes, especially the more elaborate ones, which were overpriced. Similarly, a 50cl bottle of red wine at €28, even if it was good quality, was too expensive. And if the heating could be turned up higher, the overall comfort would be improved.

Bravo! This establishment is a must-try; you'll be delighted by this pleasant and convivial experience at a very reasonable price!

20/02/2026: At the Roc Maria crêperie, we are always greeted with a smile and kindness. The dishes are well-prepared and the prices very reasonable. We feel right at home in this restaurant, which is essential to the village of Nancray.

19/12/2025: A crêperie that also offers salads, pizzas, and a daily special. The dining area is well laid out with friendly and efficient service. The savory buckwheat crêpes are quite good but could be more generous. The butter and sugar crêpe is excellent, as is the coffee. An interesting option in an area lacking in restaurants.

03/11/2025: Honestly, this little pizzeria is really great, and their pizzas are just wonderfully good. Anyway, if you're ever in Gien, stop by because they don't just make pizzas; they also serve salads, burgers (I haven't tried them yet, they're not really my thing), and especially crepes. In short, I highly recommend it because, apart from kebabs and other fast food, there are some real gems for the same price.

14/02/2026: We were surprised by the lack of background music, which made the atmosphere rather cold. The absence of background noise meant that each table could easily hear neighboring conversations, detracting from the privacy and comfort of the meal. While the dessert was excellent and justified the price, the rest of the seasonal menu struck us as quite conventional, lacking any real innovation or memorable surprises. Overall, we found the value for money—both in terms of quality and quantity—to be rather disappointing given our expectations.
