05/12/2025: We had dinner at Nostradamus last night; the setting is charming. The welcome and service were perfect. The person who greeted and served us was very friendly and professional. The meal was delicious from beginning to end. Exquisite and subtle. A special mention for the "trou gascon" (a small glass of Calvados served between courses), I loved it. Thank you to the entire team for this excellent experience.

17/01/2026: We visited Restaurant L'Essentie last night with our good friends and neighbours Francois and Valerie to belatedly celebrate the New Year. At the end of the festive season he might think one celebration too many, but Pauline and her husband who is the chef never disappoint and served up a truly fantastic dinner to start 2026. Salmon en croute with mushrooms and Cavalo Nero cooked with incredible imagination and to finish pears poached in red wine with cream and toasted hazelnuts fantastic. Definitely the best restaurant around, if you’re looking for a quiet intimate place to enjoy master cooking we’re friends and family.

10/01/2026: €75 for a New Year's Eve menu Mediocre food No heating in the middle of winter!!! We would have been much better off at home, warm and cozy, with good food. Never again!!!!

15/02/2026: First experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant for Valentine's Day dinner. We had a wonderful time, filled with culinary discoveries and delightful flavor combinations. Each dish evoked emotion, perfectly complemented by expertly chosen wines. The atmosphere is intimate. A warm and welcoming atmosphere with staff who know their ingredients and how to showcase them beautifully. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
