10/07/2025: One of the best meals of our trip. L’Auberge du Prieuré in Moirax offers a truly exceptional dining experience in a peaceful and tranquil setting. We chose the Menu du Marché, which was excellent value and made our decision so much easier. The flavors in each course were perfectly judged, with just the right touch of seasoning to let the ingredients shine. The amuse-bouches between courses were a delightful surprise and added to the sense of inventiveness and creativity throughout the meal. An absolute must if you’re in the area.
