28/08/2026: Discovered this lovely establishment, with a superb view of the Lot River from the first-floor dining room. The starters were fine, the gravlax salmon was good, though the beef carpaccio could have used a little more seasoning. The main courses were enjoyable, from the duck breast to the scallops and the seafood platter. The desserts were delicious. The wine list was interesting. The service was perfect and well-paced, provided by a charming and friendly host. In short, a great place to eat.

08/08/2026: Lunch break guided by AI, who recommended this restaurant to us on our way back from vacation. We were so glad we did! The food was good and reasonably priced. The Place de l'Hôtel de Ville is shaded and has a relaxed lunchtime atmosphere. The waitresses were very friendly. Highly recommended.
19/07/2026: Affordable menus, carefully prepared traditional dishes (kudos to the Chef!), and excellent service (thank you to the waitresses for their smiles and good cheer). Easy to get to, I highly recommend it!

Update 2026: I learned that the waitress is retiring at the end of August, but I didn't have time to come one last time... If she happens to see this, happy retirement, ma'am!
29/08/2026: So, how can I put it? You arrive at the entrance, and only one out of the three people you see says hello after five minutes, and then not a word. Five minutes later, they ask if you have a reservation, you tell them no, and then they tell you it won't be possible because it's too busy, even though you saw there were tables available when you arrived. So, clearly, I don't recommend it, if only because of the reception.

07/08/2026: Hello everyone, please read my review to the end. We arrived with a room already booked, and at 4:00 PM, the weather was magnificent. The room was super nice, and we had a refreshing drink on the terrace while the restaurant was opening. The staff were incredibly cool and friendly. And then, the meal! Be warned, you'll stuff yourself from beginning to end. So, if you have the chance to pass through, I think a stop is a must. You'll thank me later, and I haven't even mentioned the breakfast! 🤪

19/09/2026: The service was incredibly slow for an empty restaurant; none of the servers could explain the difference between a kir and a kir royale, other than the price… There were problems with the order, insects in the food, and to top it all off, the till was closed even though service wasn't finished. I couldn't pay in cash because I didn't have the exact change, as there was no more change in the till.
Frankly, it leaves much to be desired.
