08/09/2024: It was worth it a while ago but today it really needs a renovation.
23/08/2024: The trash cans are straight away when you arrive, I find the rooms a little dated, we had to leave the room because the mattress was not the best and the footboards were rickety. On the site, the photos are very beautiful, but there is actually a lack of maintenance of the surrounding area. Otherwise the staff is friendly. Despite everything, I don't recommend this place.

I would have missed one of the best meals of the holidays: exquisite pikeperch, organic mushrooms with quinoa and extraordinary chocolate fondant, I would have had more... very friendly waiters, joking and loving their job and the customers, even though the terrace was full
17/09/2024: My brother and I are currently being entertained and are each enjoying a menu. Fish salad, quiche and then mussels or an excellent piece of steak. Very good and above all authentic service in a top location and certainly better than the hip restaurants in the neighborhood. Top recommendation and delicious beer and great house wine.

16/08/2024: J ai organise un déjeuner avec une délégation étrangère. Le cadre a beaucoup plus ainsi que l accueil convivial et souriant. La carte a permis de satisfaire tout le monde qui a apprécié une cuisine simple élaborée sur place avec des produits locaux et de qualité . Je recommande!
15/08/2024: Bel endroit. Pizzas excellentes. Les nouveaux patrons et le personnel sont très sympas. La vue sur la Loire est magnifique. A faire et à refaire.

Une carte réduite qui laisse à penser que la cuisine est maîtrisée. Malheureusement lors de notre commande, un plat ne se faisait pas ce soir, déception de ne pouvoir déguster l'andouillette prévue sur la carte...La prise des commandes s'est bien déroulée, le service un peu moins : serveuse qui apporte boissons sans être sûre, qui annonce un mauvais cocktail et qui laisse échapper quelques gouttes en faisant pencher les boissons, pas d'excuse, continue le service sans essuyer ni se rendre compte...Pour les plats, pas top, frites non maison, fish en bâtonnets : très moyen, le poisson du moment Saumon accompagné de riz très sec (trop cuit)...Globalement, les plats et services pas à la hauteur du lieux.

15/09/2024: Puy du Fou partner hotel not listed in the Puy du Fou satisfaction survey for feedback. Friendly and responsive staff. Room could do with a good refresh as it is dated. The exteriors should be better maintained, automatic watering with the pipes which overflow into the alley which leads to the rooms: you can get your feet caught in them, they should be reorganized. Very decent continental breakfast, a little expensive compared to accommodation in France, €3 more for fewer products. We were just there to sleep so ok.
04/09/2024: Very satisfied with this hotel, don't listen to the slanderers who are choosy, for 3 times as much they will have a Louis XIV style room full of gilding at Puy du Fou. Friendly welcome, quiet room, very varied breakfast, thank you.

Nous ne sommes pas restés. Incompréhension!!!!!
Lorsque l’on tient un commerce la moindre des choses est l’accueil !
Horrible nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement

28/04/2024: Very good meal, impeccable service, the waiters are smiling, professional and attentive to your needs. The only downside is that I had the steak à la carte. Nothing to complain about, it was excellent, however the quantity of side dishes was very very minimal considering the price. First time I ate bread because I was still hungry. Maybe increase the portions of fries and salad a little and it will be impeccable and consistent with the price. and even if the gourmet coffee was good, I also found it a little expensive. a cake and 2 glasses of different creams (good of course), but one too many in my opinion. ice cream or small glasses of chocolate mousse would have been perfect and also consistent with the price. in the end well eaten but review portions and variety of gourmet coffee to be consistent with the prices. that's just why I only give 4 stars. But don't don't worry, I'll come back to see if you took my comment into account and then give you 5 stars. Good luck in the meantime

L’un d’entre nous a dû payer la totalité pendant que nous nous échangions les numéros de comptes en plein resto pour le remboursement…
Bref, on ne reviendra pas

23/08/2024: I do not understand why this establishment is authorized to market so close to the abbey. An obvious lack of hygiene and a dilapidated and dirty terrace. If you visit the site there is a cafeteria inside in the gardens. And what's more, with lower prices.
