14/06/2026: Despite a previous review already mentioning nighttime disturbances, I had a terrible night. A refrigeration compressor, located directly opposite the rooms, kicks on every half hour. Furthermore, the interior soundproofing is inadequate: we could constantly hear the neighbors, which is seriously lacking in privacy. Unfortunately, it seems the hotel doesn't take customer feedback seriously. As for the service, the reception staff were frankly unfriendly. The only positive point was the breakfast, which was plentiful and decent. It's a shame the rest of the experience didn't live up to it.

31/12/2025: The managers are completely disrespectful, and I see from the reviews that it's the same even for those who actually ate there... Instead of simply apologizing for not updating the opening hours (10 pm) for December 30th by allowing reservations for 9 pm, they treat people like dirt, brushing them off in an incredibly rude manner. When you've just driven 600 km to see your mother and little sister, and you arrive at 8:30 pm, counting on this "restaurant"—which was the only traditional French restaurant in the city center "open until 10 pm"—for a family meal, the least you can expect is to be greeted with a smile and a "Sorry, we closed the kitchen at 9 pm tonight..." rather than a "Uh... I'll check with my husband" and a "Yes??" "Without even a single 'hello' from the gentleman, and to top it off, a raised eyebrow that clearly said, 'Why are you bothering me at 9 pm?' I mean, I don't know, what do you think people come to a restaurant for at 9 pm? A game of bowling? Luckily for our evening, we found it much more pleasant, certainly better, and of a higher standard than the property of these pathetic people."

30/12/2025: We arrived at 1 p.m., not even a hello, just a rude "We're full!" Please continue to ban this restaurant so they at least learn some manners and courtesy.

02/08/2026: It's not for nothing that this is the highest-rated nightclub in Angers; the staff are unpleasant and the club is awful.

01/08/2026: I don't give a damn, I'm going to speak French. The bouncers only let you in under two conditions: Either you're white or you have girls around you. They don't give a damn if you're willing to pay triple the price or buy drinks inside. If you're white, completely wasted, and walking crookedly, you get in. If you're dressed like you're going to a sleepover, you get in. But the bouncers are Black, let's speak French. They look at you for NO REASON and turn you away. Same for La Chapelle. Seriously the worst club in the world.

28/08/2026: A fan of this establishment for several years, a good place to work or relax with a nice hot drink, the hosts and hostesses are pleasant and the drinks are well prepared, thank you!

18/08/2026: Avoid this place… The set menus aren't available in July and August. I ordered a flank steak and was served half a flank steak (which was good) with pre-packaged fries. The bread was equally pre-packaged, all for €16.90. In short, we should have read the reviews.

17/08/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! 🚨 A truly shameful experience. The owner is unpleasant, haughty, and completely unprofessional. It's a far cry from the kind of welcome one has the right to expect from an establishment. And then, charging €0.30 for a glass of water is simply unbelievable. 😳 For 30 cents, it's obviously not the amount itself that's shocking, but the principle: the slightest gesture is charged, especially for a glass of water that tastes like limescale… They're really charging customers for a simple glass of water… It's petty and frankly ridiculous. When you add the owner's attitude to that, it makes for a deplorable experience from beginning to end. There are plenty of places where you can be properly treated without wasting your time here. I strongly advise against it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! 👎 Zero business acumen, zero hospitality, and a frankly unpleasant mentality.
