20/02/2026: We went there for lunch today; there were 5 adults and 1 toddler. Excellent service, welcome, food Everything was top-notch. I recommend La Sarrasine 100%!

19/02/2026: As a Breton expat living in Toulouse and on a business trip to Nivillac, what a joy to have found this crêperie! A real treat from start to finish. The welcome is incredibly warm, the decor inviting, you immediately feel at home. And after having to try a competitor's crêperie (La Sarrasine being closed on Thursdays…), I can say without hesitation: this is truly the best in the area. The savory buckwheat crêpes are delicious, perfectly crispy just the way I like them. The same goes for the sweet crêpes, rich and perfectly made. I couldn't indulge in the cider this time because I had to get back to work… but I'll definitely be back!

The value for money is remarkable, and the concept of discovering the ingredients of the dishes after tasting them is a real success: surprising and fun at the same time. 23/01/2026: Excellent and refined cuisine (5 courses) On the other hand, the wine pairing is disappointing and not recommended: expensive (€32) for four glasses, including one of cider and the other of hibiscus infusion, served with the two dessert courses!!! Nevertheless, the waiter seems very knowledgeable in his field...

For a starter/main course/dessert menu for €21, enjoy refined and delicious cuisine, with a menu offering two or three set menus. A simple, bright restaurant, seating 35/40, and popular. A relaxed, professional welcome. These few lines seem a bit like "advertising." But when you're having a good time, simply enjoy a great lunch for a good price.

08/02/2026: A culinary experience worthy of the €52 menu. Beautiful presentation, and the tastes and flavors were of high quality. Disappointment with the wine pairing; a glass costing €9 when a bottle retails for €11 is definitely something to be proud of. Too much eccentricity for my taste. The setting is very pleasant and the decor is lovely.
