25/03/2024: Excellent time spent at Arnsburg. Very good hotel, very pretty setting. Gourmet dinner at the restaurant: Very good cuisine, well presented, very pleasant and warm setting. The hotel and restaurant staff are perfect, very attentive, smiling and very pleasant.

13/03/2024: Recent visit for the first time and to celebrate a birthday. A very classy restaurant in a green countryside setting. We were received warmly and with a smile. The team in the dining room, as in the kitchen, take care of their guests in every way, with respect, listening, friendliness and very good advice. A quality sommelier, very professional with humor and excellent advice. Flavors full of discoveries that will delight every taste bud, at every stage of the menu. A magical place with digital disconnection in permanent contact with nature. I highly recommend it for people who want to have fun, whether as a couple or as a family. Good luck at this beautiful address and we look forward to returning there.

06/04/2024: We would like to thank the starred chef for this moment of tasting, this chef restaurateur has gold in his hands. Thank you to the entire team for their seriousness and professionalism. A young and dynamic team who love their work. The only downside is the noisy atmosphere of a single table, which made us understand that it had the financial resources to impose itself.

01/04/2024: We’ve tried numerous Michelin restaurants and this is among the best for 1-star. We had their 50th anniversary menu and it was a delight! Everything perfectly seasoned. Innovative presentation of traditional dishes. Attentive service. Kudos as well to the staff for being helpful and accommodating - the table next to us was a couple of deaf clients and another table was a huge family who spoke only German. Very small room for improvement- strange choice of music (thankfully very low volume) and somewhat bright lighting for the evening. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Small note - the Forest Lodge at nearby Centeparcs boasts of the same chef. There is a night and day difference between these 2 restos. Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with Forest Lodge. I’m honestly baffled the chef allowed his name to be used as Forest Lodge quality and service are so poor compared to Chez Michele.

03/04/2024: Very very good French restaurant, quite “traditional”. The meat is excellent and always cooked to perfection (I even left out the sirloin to find my best prime rib! Well this time it was more on the menu but I hope it comes back quite quickly!) their morel sauce is just legendary, incredibly good. The menu and accompaniments are quite traditional but it does the job because it's rather well cooked (on the other hand, I'm less of a fan of "sautéed or roasted" potatoes, I don't remember the name, a little too fatty for my taste ). The price is however quite high but hey... the food is so good...! The service is not always constant, there are days when the service is warmer than others and on our last visit, we had 2 "winds" (2 goodbyes without response, we will say that he had his mind elsewhere... and 1 generous tip left (me, Parisian rat that I am) without a thank you, obviously we don't give for a return, but all the same, we found it quite limited..) . We will of course not stay on this downside, it will not prevent us from returning there with pleasure!

02/04/2024: A great culinary experience. The service is attentive, the dishes are very well made and deserve their price. The decoration is elegant, a downside on the noise level: next to tables for two, there are tables of more than 10 people, so the sound environment is strongly affected.

26/03/2024: A great hotel with consistently friendly staff. The room overall was very nice. However, the light in the entrance area switches on via a motion detector, which is annoying when going to the toilet at night. The room temperature couldn't be regulated either. However, the food is an experience in itself!!! Michelin-starred cuisine, but not aloof, but down-to-earth and very sophisticated. Some of the wines are a little too expensive for my taste.

20/03/2024: Coming to eat with a gift voucher, we discovered a great restaurant. Everything was perfect. The service, the dishes and a great discovery in the wines. We had a great time.

30/03/2024: Very good lunch at the p'tit frontier, we have already been there several times but the last experience had really cooled us down (summer 2022 and we ate very poorly there) but we did not want to stay on the wrong note and wanted to give it another chance to this restaurant that we loved so much. Well we are delighted! I loved my starter (leek in vinaigrette with tuna), it was fresh, tasty, everything I wanted, the lamb in the main + crispy lamb which made me think a little of the flavors of Moroccan pastilla won me over and the dessert, sweet as it should be. In short, we had a great time there, the friendly service and we enjoyed ourselves again!!

As much for the refined and generous cuisine as for the impeccable service or even the indescribable little extra that makes the evening simple, easy , intuitive...
