16/11/2025: Arrived at 4:45pm on a Sunday with no room ready, even though it is indicated that it is possible to arrive from 2pm... moreover, the cleanliness of the entrance hall leaves much to be desired.

24/07/2024: Make sure to book a table at this little gem of a restaurant in Alencon. The staff is professional and very friendly. The food is excellent, and reasonably priced especially considering the quality of the courses served. The taste and experience of each course has been carefully planed and executed, and you leave full of tasteful impressions. Ask the staff for advise on wine or the menu. They seem very happy to assist.

24/07/2024: De passage sur Alençon, nous avions lu de très bon avis sur ce merveilleux restaurant. En réalité ces très bons avis ne remplaceront jamais le plaisir de découvrir ce restaurant d'exception. Une ambiance cosy, douillette avec vue sur la cuisine. Un petit coin feutré lorsque vous souhaitez comme c'était notre cas être un peu isolé avec votre animal de compagnie. Une équipe souriante, avenante, attentive à vous faire passer un très bon moment et bien sûr une carte étonnante, créative, raisonnable en prix et surtout une cuisine goûteuse, audacieuse, gourmande, aux cuissons justes. Une étape que restera dans nos meilleurs souvenirs et que nous recommandons sans modération. Encore merci à l'ensemble des équipes

07/10/2024: Nous avons été bien reçu, personnel agréable, repas copieux et même avec des enfants ils ont trouver leur bonheur avec des burgers fait maison!! Très bon moment passé en famille, nous le recommendons.

22/07/2024: Endroit sympa, nous avons très bien mangé, serveuse sympathique, salle peut-être un peu bruyante mais beaucoup de clients anglais et on sait comment sont les anglais donc...

19/08/2024: Déjeuner du 18/08/24, L'accueil est bien, la serveuse organisée sait tenir son service d'une main de fer et le résultat est là. Attente correcte. Nous avons pris la formule à 22 euros. Tous les plats de l'amuse bouche étaient succulents. Sans faute pour moi. Et pour ce prix ça devient rare en France. En conclusion : je recommande, dommage que nous n'étions que de passage...

19/08/2024: Smaller restaurant found by coincidence, very nice staff, restaurant and not the least amazing food! We had a foie gras, forrest mushroom soup with roasted hazelnutz etc. Great combination that really made the taste buds sing! The maincourse was a longcooked veal that that had been slightly grilled with a buttery truffle potatis puré and vegetables etc.What a meat! Last but not least an amazing frozen nougat (with lots of crunchy nuts) together with rasberries, strawberries and red currant, so good! For this amazing food I much say the meny price of 36€ was well worth it! Thx La Table de Fernand!

11/09/2024: Do not pass by this area of france without visiting or if you are very fortunate, staying at this “logis”. Their welcome, service &food are impeccable. I have not been able to check out their rooms ( beyond our means) and I am certain they will be as good if not better than their restaurant !

20/08/2024: There were 8 of us, soaked after a morning of cycling, and we were very kindly welcomed despite our footprints and our wet ponchos on the coat rack. The daily menu was very good, nourishing, quick and tasty. Thank you very much for everything!!
