19/06/2026: A superb culinary experience. You can feel the chef's passion for cooking, and it shines through perfectly in his dishes: every element on the plate is carefully prepared. A delight for the palate. We particularly enjoyed the scallops with orange butter and the homemade pear sorbet. Go without hesitation.
We will definitely return if we are ever in the area again.

13/07/2026: Looks fancy, but in practice a bit mediocre. Modest menu. Lots of older, regular hotel guests with a set menu or something similar. Ordered entrecote saignant but it was almost overcooked... Didn't want to spoil the atmosphere and passed on it. The kids' burgers were medium, so specify if you don't want your burger pink. I wouldn't go there again.
30/06/2026: Absolutely delicious! The half-portion of Saint-Nectaire cheese was incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed it! A very warm welcome; they greeted us with a smile after 9 pm. The meal was generous, and the place is lovely. Excellent local cuisine, thank you again!

26/07/2026: A very warm and welcoming restaurant with excellent staff. The service was impeccable and attentive, the Auvergne fondue was delicious; we had a wonderful time.
25/07/2026: It's a real shame that the waiter and the owner were arguing heatedly in front of the customers over a lost menu. Also, if the owner is fed up and wants to sell her donkey, she doesn't care about the customers. In short, the atmosphere was awful. Avoid this place...
It completely ruined the atmosphere of the restaurant I was treating my husband to for his birthday.
The truffade was good, there's no denying that.
And no, we won't be having dessert, or at least not at your place, and we won't be back.
Service like we've rarely seen.
You need to rethink your approach.

28/06/2026: I don't recommend this place despite the very pretty setting. We ordered a half-bottle of wine, which was served warm... After waiting for over 50 minutes, we finally received our food. Two Truffades (a type of potato and cheese dish) were really mediocre, to say the least, and far too small. In the end, we left without dessert, still hungry, and having spent 70 euros on half a bottle of (warm) wine and one Truffade for the price of two. My clumsy criticisms clearly didn't sit well with the waiter, who insisted his wine came straight from the cellar (at over 30°C?). In short, I won't be going back and I advise against going there.

Avoid the truffade; it has no flavor and the charcuterie is low-quality. A shame, because the setting is nice.

14/04/2026: The only bakery in the village was open, but in three days we couldn't get any bread. Once it was closed even though the sign said it was open; the second time, the baker had finished her till and still had bread, but refused to sell it to us; and finally, the third time, the bakery was open but had run out of bread by noon. It's a disaster, and on top of that, the staff isn't friendly.

08/07/2026: I don't understand the bad reviews. Lunch for two today at 1:30 pm. The €19 set menu was INCREDIBLE!!! Grated carrot, pork cheek, potato, one cheese of your choice, and a chocolate fondant. EXCELLENT, REALLY REALLY GOOD!!! Served with a smile, kindness, and attentiveness. Perfect, don't change a thing. I highly recommend it!!!

01/02/2026: nous sommes passe en juin 2022 , et nous y avons éte en demi pension en août 2022 une semaine , restau , hôtel , personnel et patron au top . je vous le recommande
08/01/2026: I'm a spa guest and have been going there for three years on a full-board basis.
The owner, Romain, is incredibly helpful, as are the staff. Everyone is very friendly.
As for the meals, I have no complaints; I don't eat better at home.
Discretion, respect, nothing to criticize.
Just one small drawback: the Wi-Fi quality in the rooms.
