04/04/2024: The speed of service is impressive. It's a little noisy when the room is full but that's normal. The decoration is magnificent. I like the waiters' outfits. This is the kind of restaurant we want to introduce to our international friends.

25/09/2023: Ubicación genial, la terraza y la decoración son chulisimas, todo lo que pedimos para comer esta bien, sin más, y los precios no son altos para la zona y lo que hay alrededor.
18/09/2023: Ordered the Curry Bowl and Grilled Squid. Both were really good. Staff was helpful (and spoke spanish too). Plenty of vegan, vegetarian and Gluten-Free options.

02/10/2023: La Concha is no longer what it represented in my childhood. No more frog legs, no more generous seafood platters. There must have been a change of direction because now everything seems to be regretted, everything seems to be counted. When you put "3 whelks" in the description of the plate you immediately guess the new stingy and stingy mentality of the establishment, where I went as a kid with great happiness.

05/04/2024: When passing through Saint-Jean-de-Luz, a great address not to be missed. Authentic Basque cuisine with its colors, flavors and atmosphere with the serving team. I was alone, in hiking backpack mode, and they received me with the same welcome and respect as the other customers who came with family and friends. I wanted to taste the specialty of piquillos with cod and I am delighted to have tasted it at Pablo’s.
01/04/2024: Good atmosphere, friendly and efficient service, simple but good cuisine, fresh products.
a downside: side dish: you have to choose between fries or green salad and if you ask for a bit of both you will be charged a side dish, the Basque cake is very good but a small portion at 8 euros! excessive!

30/04/2024: Coming from Normandy, it was our first restaurant in the south. We had a Surfing Burger and a Caesar salad. It was good 😀, pure happiness for the taste buds. I really recommend this restaurant.

02/04/2024: We discovered this address (fan of prime rib) we appreciated being able to choose not only our side of beef but also its origin with the little explanations from the chef. For the taste, nothing to say surprising this little smoky taste, top accompaniments! I would rate it for the service and welcome, an available and very friendly team.
So of course it’s slightly more expensive, but it’s well worth it…. Thank you for this moment

03/04/2024: Rude working woman, forced to sit in the sun when there was a 'reserved' available for over an hour.
01/04/2024: We had dinner here on Easter Monday and everything was wonderful. If one day I return to Bayonne, I would not hesitate to repeat.
