The staff is as professional as I have ever seen when it awakens the taste buds it is just impressive..no fat but only local products. We first start by asking you your allergies your tastes your preferences..
We had the tasting menu, all accompanied by a very good champagne.
We found our restaurant, we will come often given the choice

We used to come to this restaurant from time to time.
On our last visit, we were very disappointed. So we gave it another chance and unfortunately the dishes were once again very mediocre.

09/05/2024: We chose this establishment somewhat by chance and it was an excellent surprise. Quality local food with great value for money (19€50 a starter, main course and dessert menu at lunchtime which includes a delicious piperade and a succulent Basquaise chicken).

The young waiter gave us very good advice from the beginning to the end of our meal.
Beautiful setting, good food.
We had a pleasant time.

I had never been in an establishment that was considered a hotel with this lack of hygiene, the smell of pet urine, the dirt on the carpets, dirty common rooms, air conditioning units black with grime, windows full of unlit cigarettes, broken bathroom doors. .
And the lack of response from the hotel, we were only there for 5 minutes when we realized the reality and decided to leave even though we had reserved two nights. They tell us that they can't give us our money back, we still leave.
We are still waiting for a message from the hotel.

13/05/2024: It was my HQ for breakfast. The coffee or hot chocolate are very good. They cook the chocolatiers and croissants on site. The staff is really nice. I didn't go there for other meals.
