The rib of beef and the veal chop were perfect… perfectly cooked and of superb quality!
The side of fries AND salad was delicious… with 80s-style background music…

20/02/2026: We just had pizzas and a salad delivered, and frankly, I don't recommend this place.
The pizzas are tasteless and very sparsely topped, so you need to drink plenty of water while eating them (cheese pizza and mountain pizza). And the salad… what can I say?
It was very poorly dressed and had very little filling.
In short… everything needs improvement. Once bitten, twice shy…

30/12/2025: We tried the Anglet shop and were quite disappointed.
The staff were very friendly and smiling, and the shop itself was attractively presented, which made us want to go in.
Unfortunately, the products didn't live up to our expectations.
We bought some white pudding, thinking it was a safe bet: a huge disappointment. It had a very watery texture, was bland, with almost no seasoning and little flavor, which was a real shame.
The pâté en croûte was okay, but without any distinctive flavor or noticeable seasoning, even though we don't usually eat savory food.
We also wanted to buy a Basque cake: the price displayed was €4.80, but we were then told it was actually €48 per kilo, which made us decide against it.
In the end, the MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) title had attracted us, but for €30 spent (5 white puddings and a slice of pâté en croûte), the value for money wasn't convincing. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

19/02/2026: Very quaint and relaxed restaurant, the dining room is pretty and clean. Sushi and dishes are made with love and care, a delicious place to try out! If you're in Biarritz, We Love Sushi is a must stop, the name says it all and you'll taste it.

11/01/2026: I had booked two nights at this hotel, but I was unable to keep my reservation due to the cancellation of all trains (Storm Goretti). Despite this unforeseen circumstance, the hotel refused any free or reduced-fee cancellation and charged me for the entire stay, completely oblivious to the reality (that everyone was unable to come!).
I find this customer service deplorable, hence this review… It's a shame, the hotel looked nice, but the service was lacking.
30/12/2025: A simple dinner; excellent products, suppliers, and a variety of dishes.
I highly recommend it.

20/09/2025: Very slow service, and leaves something to be desired. Very expensive (but that's Biarritz, we're riding the wave). Tourist trap to avoid if possible.
07/09/2025: If there's one place to be... it's there! Not just in the summer but all year round! To have a drink and eat oysters!!! The staff is friendly even if it's very busy... they went out of their way to find us a table ❤️🔥 I recommend

27/02/2026: I've rarely eaten so badly! Our Thai and Caesar salads were far too salty and inedible. The restaurant's hygiene is appalling, with bird droppings and dilapidated toilets. Luckily, the waitress was very pleasant. I do not recommend it, and we were very disappointed with our meal.
18/02/2026: The service from one of the waitresses was appalling; she was clearly tired of dealing with "tourists." The food was too greasy.
It's a shame, because the setting is nice.

20/03/2024: Le cadre de vu est super.
Au bout de 50min d'attente nous avions décidé de partir, à ce moment là la jeune serveuse arrive avec nos plats. Nous lui faisons remarqué avec courtoisie bien entendu qu'on s'apprêtait à partir. Au lieu d'avoir une réaction professionnelle c'est à dire une excuse au minimum. Sa réaction était insolente. Choqué nous avions préféré de partir sans causé de heurt.
On ne vous parle l'absence des salutations de courtoisies, des sourires. Mais surtout quand un client renverse une bouteille d'eau et se casse au sol. La jeune demoiselle se met à rire moqueur et ne ramasse même pas les verres.
C'est impensable. Donc ce restaurant est A FUIR.

01/09/2024: Quick visit to the rooftop after several years without a visit to the hotel. Smell of sewage, disgusting toilets in the bar... the view doesn't make up for everything. I will go my way from now on
31/08/2024: The place is rather ugly, the floor, the tables, everything is ugly, poorly maintained, impersonal, not at all welcoming. We don't want to linger there and even less want to come back.

28/09/2024: Le service était un peu rapide. En effet, les plats sont arrivés bien avant la fin des apéritifs alors que la salle était quasiment vide. Leur confit de canard est toujours aussi exceptionnel et le rosé est servi bien frais. Un bon bistrot local où il fait bon flâner. A essayer!
18/09/2024: Was forced to wait for 10 minutes to be seated with no one in line. Then went and asked if we could have a table where the manager yelled and told me to stand behind the line. Wouldn’t have my death row meal here.
