18/03/2024: Delicious moment! We were lucky enough to be able to eat on Wednesday lunchtime in this famous brasserie in Pau. The new owner and chef has made this little restaurant a pure marvel, both in the preparation of its dishes where homemade is the rule and in the warm and simple welcome of customers. We were able to enjoy delicious truffle deviled eggs (best deviled eggs ever), each forkful was an explosion of flavors. The dishes were just as tasty: cod fillet (a marvel) and vegetarian Crozets. The portions are generous while remaining delicate in presentation. A gem where it is better to book as they are "victims" of their success and there are not many tables, which is part of its charm. The atmosphere is typical of a small brasserie which has become bistronomic. The products are local for many, the typical plates and cutlery, just the way we like them. The details are everywhere, right down to the little shortbread with the homemade coffee and the delicate attention towards us women in the toilets! The waitress is adorable, smiling and very professional. The chef is undeniably an artist given the flavors present in his plates. The menu is tempting and the value for money is unbeatable. To discover or rediscover. Well done !

29/03/2024: Excellent pizzas prepared by a very nice Italian-Brazilian couple. The ingredients are cooked before being put on the pizza and not just placed raw to go directly into the oven, like the others do most of the time, and you can feel the difference. Every time I want pizza, I go to them. I highly recommend !

31/03/2024: We stayed two nights at the Parc Beaumont hotel and we are delighted with our stay. We appreciated the warm welcome and friendliness of the staff. The park side room we had was very quiet, clean and spacious, with quality bedding. It included all the necessary equipment. We had dinner at the brasserie and appreciated the quality of the menu as well as the wise advice of the bartender. The spa (swimming pool, sauna and hammam) is a welcome place to relax and spend some quiet time. The breakfast was very good and of high quality, with a varied choice including local products, as well as vegan and gluten-free options (lactose-free on request). A big thank you to the whole team! We recommend !

03/05/2024: A perfect restaurant in every way! First of all, a warm welcome and a very professional waitress (I have rarely seen that). Secondly, the dishes are excellent: the chef managed to make me like the scallop coral which I never eat and the risotto. Beyond that everything was good with seasonal and fresh products! Finally, the quality/price ratio is excellent. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant.

25/04/2024: Magnificent discovery. We had a very nice evening. We loved everything, the welcome, the service, the meal. We were able to discuss the choice of wine. We were introduced to an artisanal and organic wine which turned out to be super good. We tasted the foie gras, a pure delight. We will definitely come back and thank you for your welcome.

30/03/2024: Welcoming place for a coffee break. We had drinks that were as good as they were beautiful accompanied by excellent cakes! I recommend the hot chocolate which was a real delight. The setting is pleasant for taking a break or shopping for home decor.
