07/11/2025: I discovered this little restaurant thanks to friends, and what a pleasant surprise! 😊 A real burger with a real butcher's steak, delicious homemade fries, and local ingredients… It's great to support a place like this in La Flèche. The staff is lovely, friendly, and very pleasant. Absolutely nothing to complain about, a wonderful discovery. I highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Different dining rooms are available, and there is a very beautiful terrace. The cuisine is varied and well-balanced. A well-composed buffet. I have been there several times. And have never left disappointed. Bravo to the entire team.

We stopped there for lunch and were truly impressed: a warm welcome, a relaxed atmosphere, and very friendly service. The dishes were fresh, generous, and full of flavor, beautifully presented, and served without too much of a wait (perfect for us in the middle of a busy workday). You can tell it's a genuine local spot, not a tourist trap. I highly recommend St Gilles if you're in this part of Le Mans – ideal for a tasty and unpretentious lunch during a busy day in the city. We'll definitely be back on our next visit.
