08/07/2026: I wanted to celebrate my 50th birthday at Le Prélandon because I felt the venue was perfect for the occasion (the hardwood floors, the decor) and the service offered by Sébastien Semonin suited me perfectly. (He was always available to answer my questions, kind, and accommodating. I wanted a very special birthday cake 😄). Sébastien even kindly offered to host the pre-dinner drinks on the new covered terrace so I could fully enjoy the live music planned outside in the early evening. In short, everything was perfect: the punch, the appetizers, the venue, the delicious buffet dishes made with high-quality ingredients... Sébastien and his waitresses helped make my birthday truly memorable ✨️🎉🎊🎁🎂 It's important to thank professionals who do such a remarkable job. 29/07/2026: The food was well-prepared with experience and expertise, but lacked variety and, in my opinion, diversity. Only one vegetable was served with the sweetbreads. Furthermore, we had opted for two wine pairings and were surprised to be offered identical wines with completely different dishes, which I don't think were necessarily suited to our meals.

02/05/2026: Our favorite restaurant in Le Mans. We try to visit it at least once per year when we visit the area. The wine is sublime and the lunch/dinner experience is Michelin star worthy. The team has a keen focus on providing the best service with a friendly touch.

24/07/2026: While passing through Le Mans, we decided to have dinner at the Bistro Régent restaurant, where we were served by Arthur and Lloris. Two incredibly kind and exceptionally professional waiters. Very friendly and always smiling. We even asked Arthur to move us to a different table, as we were on the terrace, and he immediately found us a table inside, all while smiling. (We wanted to move because it was warmer inside for the children). He was smiling from beginning to end, always attentive to our needs. Dinner was served very quickly by Lloris; we didn't have to wait at all. He always had a kind word for us each time he came by. All the dishes were excellent. The children loved it, and their sundaes were excellent too. There's also the manager, Clément, who is also very kind and always smiling. Honestly, I recommend it 100000000%! The atmosphere, the servers, and the food were all fantastic. We left with full stomachs and smiles on our faces. We'll definitely be back if we're ever in Le Mans again.
