18/12/2025: A very good establishment with a pleasant atmosphere. However, I was a little disappointed by the prices, which seem to vary depending on the customer: for 5 Jägermeisters on the first round, I paid €32.50, then €50 on the second. This lack of consistency isn't very fair to customers, which is a shame because the place and the atmosphere are really nice.

22/03/2026: One of the absolute best hotels I've ever stayed at! Absolutely magnificent and wonderful service. It was absolutely amazing, bravo! A hotel you just have to go back to!

15/03/2026: We stayed at the Hotel Le Blizzard in Val d'Isère for a week last year and loved the experience. Unfortunately, this second stay was somewhat disappointing in several ways. 1. The reception staff weren't particularly welcoming. 2. Housekeeping didn't come to our room every night, and even when they did, they didn't always leave water. Two nights, we found our pajamas, which had been on the bed, on other furniture—quite surprising for a hotel of this standard. 3. Breakfast was also disappointing: several dishes were cold on multiple occasions. 4. Dinner at the La Luge restaurant was terrible. 5. We unfortunately booked a massage at the spa on the wrong day (an error on our part, which we fully acknowledge). However, we would have appreciated a bit more flexibility from the hotel, for example, the possibility of rebooking at least one of the two massages free of charge or at a discount. 320 euros down the drain. It wasn't all bad, though: the room was very nice and the bar always has a great atmosphere in the evening, very cozy! We also had a fantastic dinner at La Mourra.

23/02/2026: Incredible experience! We had a Beaufort raclette, it was delicious (and very generous). The service was amazing and the decor was exceptional. Not the cheapest experience I've had, but it's worth the price.

27/02/2026: We have gone to Baraque so many times over the years, but tonight will be the last. The bald doorman is one of rudest most unpleasant people in the resort.

08/02/2026: Nice atmosphere, very tasty food. The oysters are delicious! The beer isn't great. The waiter (guy) is out of place. If he sees that someone doesn't know English, don't explain it in French; it's very annoying. Then he did me a favor and dismissively explained it in English. The waitresses are wonderful.

29/03/2026: What a wonderful discovery! We had a truly delightful time, from the attentive service to the delicious food that everyone at the table enjoyed. We'll be back as soon as possible, even just for a delicious crêpe on the lovely terrace. Thank you for this wonderful family experience!

29/03/2026: The price is very high for an experience that doesn't really justify it. The welcome is pleasant, but there's a certain pushy sales tactic, especially with a request for a tip before you've even had a chance to enjoy an aperitif on the terrace. This creates a mixed and somewhat unnatural impression right from the start.

22/03/2026: The waitress scooped up the spilled digestifs from the tray and poured them into a glass, which she then served us. The service was incredibly unpleasant. The food was truly awful (especially the tartar, and the ground beef was served raw with a few other ingredients).

17/03/2026: Fantastic family-run restaurant, authentic atmosphere, top-notch service. I highly recommend the homemade lasagna, which is incredible and well worth the trip.

31/03/2026: This is the place to suggest to someone you don't like/cares more about the gram than eating. Pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews without any description are fake given they always come after a bunch of people have given 1 star ratings... Really disappointed by my experience here. Whilst the location and views are truly epic, that is simply the only thing going for this establishment. The food was incredibly overpriced and poor quality (even considering Val d'isere prices), the markup on drinks was extortionate (again, I'm basing this on what you'd expect to pay in Val d'isere), the food was all stone cold when it came out, getting a waiters attention was a lesson in patience, and when the bill came we had to get them to correct it 3 times because they added so many things to the bill we never even ordered. I'm writing this review the day after visiting, where over half our group are suffering from food poisoning. 1 star is only because I can't give 0.

31/03/2026: Location and deco are top. Food is good (only good, not WOW). So not in line with the prices (very expensive) to start with. Service is awful and at the opposite of the “premium” prices… Should have paid attention to the reviews - first and last time there. There are PLENTY of BETTER OPTIONS (in that price range or less expensive) in Val or Tignes, where people are actually happy to welcome you and to serve you excellent food

25/02/2026: Having been in Val d’Isère for several years, particularly during the Grand Marnier era, I've noticed that some people seem to be mistaken about the establishment when they leave negative reviews. The crêpes at O ​​Rendez-Vous (now La Petite Crêperie) are excellent, and the Nutella crêpe is €7, not €7.50, which makes me question the veracity of some comments or where they were actually made. As a regular customer, I mainly see a close-knit, efficient, and always smiling team that does its best to serve customers quickly. Before posting a review, it would be important to verify that it concerns the correct establishment, as several comments are completely unfounded.
