The waitress mentioned a change of ownership soon. We'll see if the quality remains the same...
12/09/2026: Everything was excellent! The seafood sauerkraut was so beautifully presented and so flavorful. The sauce was perfectly spiced and complemented everything on the plate perfectly! As for dessert, it was the best profiterole I've ever tasted (no joke)! Thank you so much. Kudos to the chef and the team for their warm hospitality and energy.

04/08/2026: The staff was appalling. After waiting for 45 minutes, I went to reception to complain, and suddenly, "If you're not happy, you can leave." These are the exact words of the person at reception.
Bravo! I think it's no longer under the same ownership.
02/08/2026: The food was good, the only downside was the lack of a children's menu, so a large plate was wasted for a 5-year-old.

12/07/2026: At "La Pile des Assiettes" (The Stack of Plates), the only risk is leaving with a stack of delicious memories! I had the pleasure of dining there with my sister yesterday, and we both left absolutely delighted.
Each dish is a true work of art, a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. From appetizer to dessert, it's flawless, a veritable explosion of flavors. You can immediately tell that the food is prepared with passion, using the freshest ingredients.
The side dishes, herbs, spices, and seasonings combine to create a marriage of exquisite flavors, highlighting each ingredient without ever masking its character. The portions are generous and perfectly balanced: you leave feeling completely satisfied, without the slightest hint of heaviness.
And what can I say about the owner? Welcoming, refined, and attentive, she infuses this establishment with an elegance and warmth that make the experience even more memorable. It gives the place a soul as delightful as its cuisine.
An address that deserves to be at the very top of your list of best restaurants!

I was charged fraudulently in their favor (€454.50 instead of €45.50) due to the waitress's mishandling of the payment terminal.
Several refund requests followed by complaints have gone unanswered.
This is deplorable, especially considering the restaurant's location. I strongly advise against going there because of a serious error that wasn't compensated for, and they offered no apology! Go to a competitor; it's less risky!
To those reading this review, I suggest you look at the manager's response and form your own opinion.

02/09/2026: We had made a reservation for two because my boyfriend wanted to eat seafood, but I am a vegetarian. I had seen a vegetarian dish on the menu online: linguine with tomato sauce. When we arrived at the restaurant, there was a sign outside the door stating that they only wanted to serve seafood. When I asked for a vegetarian alternative, it was very clear that they were unwilling to do so. We then went to the restaurant next door: Le Saint Louis, where we were received very kindly, and we ate a delicious burrata salad and a seafood platter...
29/08/2026: Absolute horrid, but because we are different skin tone doesn’t mean we are weird, the waiter gave us the wrong food and we ordered sparkling water, he gave us still water.

13/08/2026: Le Petit Robinson, a bar and tobacconist, is ideally located high up on the Musoir ramp, offering a beautiful view of the port and the cliffs of Mers. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful, far from the noise of Quai François 1er. Plus, on hot days, there's a breeze and it's shaded. It's a lovely place to be.

12/08/2026: Fantastic experience! The atmosphere is great, the service is fast, and the appetizer platters are delicious! The price is also very reasonable, and it's well worth it considering the quality of the drinks and the generously filled platters! Everyone is smiling, which really makes you want to come back! 😊 I recommend it 100%! By the way, be aware that there was a change of ownership at the beginning of July, which means that reviews after that date no longer reflect reality! You can go with complete confidence! 😁😀😊

09/05/2026: A great place for a biker to grab a bite to eat.
09/05/2026: Let's start with the positives. The starter was decent, nothing more. So we expected the rest of the meal to be equally decent.
But the rest was nothing but a disappointment.
The dishes were bland. The salmon was dry, swimming in sauce. The pot of mussels was half full of closed mussels. We still have our doubts about the freshness of these mussels… to be continued.
Some of the industrial fries were barely cooked.
Then, to top it all off, an industrial waffle, burnt on the bottom and paradoxically cold, so cold you could mistake it for cardboard.
To top it all off, we were treated to slow, disinterested, and utterly inattentive service. We had to ask three times for a carafe of water from two different people, even though we had ordered drinks. The carafe of water arrived after the starters. There was an error on the bill, not a word, not an apology. And then they leave you waiting to pay without telling you that you have to get up and go pay at the bar.

19/08/2026: The welcome was icy. The owner should do something else with her life instead of sulking. To top it all off: when she brought the food (pizzas), she held out her arm and waited for us to take our own plates. Appalling, not a smile, she sighed when we ordered a simple carafe of water. Luckily, the woman who made the pizzas was friendly; she saved the day.
19/08/2026: After waiting 20 minutes without anyone taking our orders, we left... The other tables had also been waiting for a long time... We didn't have their patience. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority in this establishment.

It's disappointing to still find this level of quality in a tourist area. The mussels marinière are cooked with garlic, without onion or celery.
The €2 coffee comes from a Senseo machine... In short, I was very disappointed with this experience. The staff's friendliness can't make up for everything!
24/05/2026: I'm not a picky eater, but everything is frozen. I ordered a rare hamburger, and it was well-done. The fries were frozen too. There were very few people there, yet I waited 40 minutes. The smell was overwhelming. Some customers wanted to come in, but they left immediately, holding their noses. There were peas on the toilet seats. In short, I don't recommend it.

07/12/2025: A warm welcome in a pleasant setting, excellent mussels and fries at a very good price, I highly recommend it.
09/11/2025: Extremely disappointed with this restaurant, avoid it at all costs. We were a table of eight and came for mussels and fries. We were only informed after our aperitifs that they were out of mussels and shrimp. This can happen, but it should be indicated on the menu at the entrance or at least told us directly.
The same thing happened with dessert. We were told there was only one crème brûlée and one tiramisu left… It's a bit much.
I ate salami with burnt ratatouille.
At the end, when the bill arrived, I asked for a discount or some kind of compensation… The waitress wouldn't hear of it and stood her ground. In short, avoid this place.
