01/03/2026: It had been a while since I'd been there. Still top-notch! The homemade foie gras was a delight, especially with the surprising pairing of a scoop of ice cream. The gravlax was superbly seasoned. The sea bass fillet was perfect, especially thanks to the variety of vegetables. In short, after all that, I wasn't hungry at all... well, except for a lemon tart 😊 In summary, fantastic dishes, original and welcoming decor, and friendly, smiling service. A perfect evening.

01/03/2026: Chance led us to this dinner at Kitsch. The menu descriptions are unusual and conceal dishes exquisitely prepared by the owner. A special mention goes to the homemade foie gras with gingerbread... in short, from appetizer to dessert, it was a delight! The conversations with the passionate owner, the kitschy decor... everything makes you want to savor this moment in Rouen. We highly recommend it.

17/02/2026: The place and the staff are friendly. However, the menu hasn't changed and the prices have gone up. My galette was overcooked and the filling was insufficient. A salad is included with some galettes, but not all.

From the appetizer to the main course to the dessert And the little truffled mashed potatoes! No regrets whatsoever! On the contrary, we'll definitely be back! The atmosphere was more relaxed and less "sophisticated" compared to other restaurants of this type, which was quite nice (you feel more comfortable and welcome). The tasting menu we ordered was delicious; we enjoyed each of the seven courses (we were particularly surprised by the cheese dish, which was absolutely delicious). We'll definitely be back!

11/02/2026: Impeccable service, a warm welcome always with a smile. Having my morning coffee at Au Métropole has become a little daily pleasure before starting the day. And the place is magnificent! Recently reopened after a long closure, it has been tastefully renovated, respecting the ambiance and charm of the 1930s of this historic brasserie in the Rouen train station district. Beautiful place, lovely and friendly team! Everything is perfect!!

07/03/2026: We booked this restaurant by chance for our first evening in Rouen and had a fantastic time! The vol-au-vent was incredible and the meats (duck breast and ribeye steak) were delicious 🤤 Finally, the French toast and tarte tatin are definitely worth trying! Thanks also to Adja, who looked after our table and was perfect: kind, helpful, and professional. A top-notch evening, we'll be back!

04/03/2026: A cosy, relaxing atmosphere inside, as well as delightful heated patio out the back. Friendly staff make you feel instantly welcome and are very attentive. The Flemish Beef Bourgonon was excellent. I highly recommend their local blonde beer, and certainly recommend the profiteroles!

02/02/2026: We were lucky enough to enjoy a cruise to celebrate my grandmother's 90th birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful! She loved every minute of it. We were pampered, and the service was impeccable, worthy of a fine restaurant, with truly remarkable quality. Even though the sun wasn't shining—January being a bit of a risky choice on our part—the experience was unforgettable. We enjoyed it so much that we've already booked another trip, this time for July. We're all looking forward to reliving these magical moments!

04/12/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant during our visit to Rouen. The welcome and the meal were excellent! The food is homemade: you can see it and taste it. The decor and atmosphere are warm and inviting. Everything is very clean. I highly recommend it.

25/11/2025: A wonderful discovery at L’Accordéon, the brasserie run by Léo and Greg. The atmosphere is that of an old-fashioned brasserie: cloth tablecloths and napkins, a warm welcome, and an authentic setting. You immediately feel at ease. On the plate, you'll find the charm of our grandmothers' dishes, but revisited with care and finesse. The portions are generous, the prices very reasonable, and the daily special (starter/main course) changes every day, which always gives you a good reason to come back. A simple, genuine, and delicious place.
