05/02/2026: For Easter Sunday… the restaurant was full and we had to wait to be served. There were 10 of us, we ordered the full menu, and we were served in 2 hours, which seems perfectly normal to me given the quality of the food and service. I recommend this bistro. 😍

31/01/2026: A truly wonderful experience: delicious, high-quality dishes at very affordable prices. Julie was outstanding—professional, warm, and discreet. Her service was attentive and never intrusive.

04/02/2026: The welcome was rather lukewarm; we waited a while without being served. After flagging down a waitress, we were finally able to have lunch. The meal was simple, but the service was quick.

18/01/2026: A warm and welcoming place to meet up with friends or a loved one. Reservations are welcome, but walk-ins are also welcome. Fresh, seasonal produce is used. A selection of hot and cold drinks is available (lemonade, hot and cold tea). The staff is very friendly and discreet. A restaurant worth discovering, located near the cathedral.

21/11/2025: The menu has changed. The food is nothing like it used to be. The servers seem jaded. It's impossible to book by phone or on Instagram; there's no response anywhere. I won't be going back, even though I used to go regularly.

04/12/2025: It's always a treat, always a pleasure to eat at this establishment. The managers, the servers, and the chef are super friendly. We eat there regularly and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it! 👍👍👍👍

05/01/2026: I was very disappointed with my experience. I had just arrived from abroad after a very long trip, and a technical problem with the app ruined my reservation. Having stayed at other hotels in the same group without ever encountering any issues, I was particularly shocked by the disastrous customer service at this hotel. The customer service was completely ineffective. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

30/12/2025: The facilities are a bit cramped for what I expected. Looking at the photos on the hotel's website, they seemed a bit more spacious, even for a hotel in this price range (low-cost). The bathroom was adequate, although small. There were only three bath towels (we were a couple), and no face towels or bath mats for our feet after showering. Upon entering the room, we noticed a slight unpleasant odor, possibly due to poor ventilation in the bathroom, a detail that was resolved after leaving the window open while we went to dinner. The room faced the street, and there was no noise. Comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is very good. For one or two nights, it's an option.

13/06/2025: A pleasant brasserie for dining in Rouen. The fish and chips are good, although a little light. The chocolate fondant isn't amazing. It gets the job done for a pretty decent price. The menu selection is limited, but it's sufficient. It's more suitable for a drink than a meal, though.

20/01/2026: The setting is very warm and pleasant; we felt very comfortable there. The waitress who served us upstairs was just as pleasant and very efficient! However, the pastries, while good, were much too sweet and therefore a bit too heavy. The hot chocolate was good, but the orange added just on top of the whipped cream was, for me, too cloying. A different way of combining chocolate and orange could have been more interesting. My friend had the white chocolate hot chocolate, which was good, but there was too much of it for such a sweet drink, so we didn't finish our entire afternoon tea, which felt like a waste of money. Less sugar, smaller portions, or a lower price would have made it much better. Having not tried the rest of the menu and being curious, I will still come back to try some savory dishes, or perhaps some cake or cookies with a cup of tea. 🙂 Thank you for the service. The experience was still very pleasant 🧐

10/01/2026: We were very disappointed with our lunch today: the focus on maximum profit was evident, resulting in very poor seating at a tiny table crammed together with others. The service was extremely slow. It was far too expensive for what was on the plate: €26 for a minuscule slice of puff pastry with a bit of salad and a slice of lemon tart with a soggy crust… it tasted like a pre-made tart base. In short, it's just a pretty view. In my opinion, its reputation is overrated.

27/11/2025: Absolutely nothing to complain about, the restaurant and food are incredible. We had a wonderful time there, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend trying it.
