30/05/2026: This morning, the saleswomen preferred to manage, I don't know what, and shamelessly left us waiting 😵💫😵💫
Then I got a lukewarm coffee, I asked them to heat it up, which was refused, with them dismissively telling me to microwave it!! Especially the young woman!! Rude and disrespectful!
Great! I wasn't happy! First time this has ever happened to me!!
04/05/2026: During a torrential downpour, we went in and asked if we could have a drink. There were four of us: it was 5:45 pm… we weren't serving anymore! Thanks a lot! We went next door to "Le Bureau," which we recommend for its warm welcome. We had an aperitif there and stayed for dinner. Is that the Belin spirit, Michel?

02/06/2026: The two cyclists from Grenoble dined there twice in a row and everything was perfect: a very warm welcome from the waitress and the owner, a delicious meal, and top-notch service.
We recharged our batteries for cycling tomorrow.
29/05/2026: Excellent restaurant. Impeccable welcome, top-notch service, and they really took care of us. Our water carafe was changed because it was very hot, even though we hadn't asked for it. Well done and thank you. We were kept cool by misting fans during our meal, which was a very nice touch.

27/06/2026: A beautiful and very varied golf course; we played it in a golf cart in the sweltering heat. It's a shame the bar was closed at the end of the round at 6 pm, but the manager was there and had drinks to offer us.

It was good, apart from a hint of lavender or something else in the pea puree.
That was the only flaw.
05/05/2026: Be careful, check your bills, they're not very accurate! Starter & Main Course of the Day: "Calf's Head with Gribiche Sauce" or "Main Course of the Day & Dessert of the Day: Pavlova with Red Berries." The menu advertises a single price for both options, but when you pay at the register, you're charged €13 for the main course and €6.50 for the dessert. The math doesn't add up; it's not what was advertised!
Avoid this place! It's a rip-off!

The dishes arrived cold and were very sparsely filled. €18 for nine gnocchi is expensive for cold gnocchi. Furthermore, we weren't even given any bread to accompany our meals.
15/05/2026: Disappointing. Service was a bit slow.
The main course was chorizo sausages; the meat was undercooked, making it inedible, and the side dish was the same: raw green beans and boiled potatoes of poor quality, mealy and almost raw inside.
This restaurant won't leave a lasting impression, and I confess I don't understand the good reviews, unless it was just a stroke of bad luck. The starter and dessert were average. The set menu price was reasonable.

14/04/2026: Great burger and paninis. I love the chicken paninis with this Arabic sauce. Lovely service from the staff of the stall and fast delivery of food. However one thing to improve is the fries. It was a bit overcooked.

You have to appreciate classical music, which transports you to another world, paired with excellent dishes.
05/04/2026: Lunch on Easter Sunday was a pure delight for the taste buds.
Excellent cuisine, with very fresh ingredients, top-notch service, a simple yet very, very good restaurant! A very friendly atmosphere – simply the best!

19/05/2026: Speaking of the Brasserie alone: very good, home-style cooking, a welcome change from the pretentiousness of many other restaurants in Albi. Whelks and prawns with aioli for starters, followed by a delicious veal sauté with olives, and a fruit mousse to finish. All for just over €20. A glass of good Gaillac wine, €4.50.
11/05/2026: Our group of eight hikers, finishing the GR trail, stopped here. Comfortable rooms, hearty and delicious food at a very reasonable price; I recommend this establishment.
