25/08/2026: Excellent cuisine; extensive menu and choices; very generous portions and meals, reasonable prices (set menu €26). Service was a little slow due to the Sunday crowds and the recent merger with the restaurant next door, but attentive and friendly, with shade throughout the lunchtime service.

23/08/2026: Very very good, choose from the menus, we had an excellent cassoulet from the menu, but the set menus look so good and hearty.

23/07/2026: We stayed here for one night with our 3 children (aged 4 to 11) during a heatwave. Upon checking in late at 22:30, the room was boiling hot. The staff admitted that they forgot to turn on the AC in advance because they 'missed our booking in the right computer', even though we booked 2 weeks prior. The front desk promised the room would cool down in 1-2 hours, but the AC barely blew any air. I ended up sleeping only 3 hours after placing a wet towel on my back to survive the heat. When Hotels.com tried to call the hotel the next morning to resolve the issue, the hotel staff hung up on them 3 times in a row. They offered a 15 € breakfast discount for the kids on checkout, but that does not compensate for a completely sleepless night for a family of five. Avoid this hotel if you travel with children during summer.

19/05/2026: Speaking of the Brasserie alone: ​​very good, home-style cooking, a welcome change from the pretentiousness of many other restaurants in Albi. Whelks and prawns with aioli for starters, followed by a delicious veal sauté with olives, and a fruit mousse to finish. All for just over €20. A glass of good Gaillac wine, €4.50.

03/06/2026: A delightful surprise. Homemade food. Excellent value for money. Impeccable service. You have to appreciate classical music, which transports you to another world, paired with excellent dishes.

05/04/2026: Lunch on Easter Sunday was a pure delight for the taste buds. Excellent cuisine, with very fresh ingredients, top-notch service, a simple yet very, very good restaurant! A very friendly atmosphere – simply the best!

05/07/2026: The view from the terrace was exceptional, but the rest of the hotel was completely unsuitable for this type of establishment. Very expensive considering the quantity and quality of the food. It tries to pass itself off as fine dining, but the dishes are anything but elaborate. Bland... I won't be returning.

03/07/2026: Our American friend will cherish the memory of this meal enjoyed on the terrace with its breathtaking view of the episcopal city. The carefully chosen dishes, prepared with care, delighted our palates. The waitress's smile was the icing on the cake. We will gladly return.

25/08/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered a naan kebab without a menu and an XXL taco without a menu. The naan had no raw vegetables, no sauce, and no flavor. Then I wanted to get two cans of beer, and they charged me €22.50! Outrageous! €2 ​​per can. I think they charged me way more than I should have. Avoid this place!

26/04/2026: A particularly unpleasant trainee waitress complained to every customer about the day's crowds (which was entirely predictable given the 100-meter marathon). This kind of attitude really discourages people from supporting local businesses if they spend all their time whining.

18/04/2026: A very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the cashier was on a cigarette break and preferred to finish it before serving me. I then ordered a panini, which was served cold, under the pretext that the machines were taking a while to heat up. Furthermore, he remained on the phone with his girlfriend the entire time, which made the situation even more unpleasant. A serious lack of professionalism.
