16/03/2024: Hello, We asked for an alternative to the garlic sauce as a starter which was categorically refused, then a plate of vegetables in addition to the fish dish rizotto originally without vegetables which was initially granted to us then when the dish arrived, the risotto had been completely removed and replaced with 3 carrots. Few garnishes in the end... When you are pregnant with diabetes I do not recommend this restaurant at all due to the lack of flexibility on the part of the kitchens. In addition, paying more than 20 euros for this single disappointing dish. It's really a shame.

05/04/2024: Little romantic weekend in the pretty town of Gaillac. Liking to eat well, we chose to come to this restaurant and we have no regrets. Very good welcome, very good service and very good food. I recommend without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team for this great time.

13/03/2024: There were 10 of us eating there on a Wednesday evening. It was great. Lovely welcome and server. Everything was very good. The boss even offered us the digestive. Really nice. Continue like this. See you soon

01/04/2024: We were there for Easter week end. The restaurant provided picnic for our cycle trip, and the dinner was excellent. There was no dishes that I could recommend more than another. Very good wine list as well.
31/03/2024: Excellent picnic baskets that we took for our bike ride around Gaillac.
Stations Bees, our bike rental company located opposite, offered us this good value for money option. The Hotel Delga where we slept provided us with small coolers that we placed in our bike bags.
A good combo organized by friendly and professional traders.
So we had so much fun that we used the same formula for the 3 days.
We also had dinner in the evening at the restaurant. Really good service and meals.

02/04/2024: Easter menu with the promise of a 7 a.m. lamb. Meal at €37
The lamb was dry, they explained to me that it must have been the pieces on top. As compensation I was given a pen. The promise was not there, the starter was very good but not very filling and the dessert was good without particularity.
Very disappointed, I paid too much for the meal

Considering the menu prices and the heavy atmosphere, a smile at the cash register wouldn't have gone amiss.
Really disappointed.

02/12/2023: We used Le Colombier for our wedding and we were not disappointed! Whether in terms of availability, support, quality of food and service, we were treated like kings. Marie-Christine and her husband are pleasant, warm and efficient people and this was felt in their cooking and the discussions we were able to have. Their servers were very friendly and attentive to everyone's desires! Thanks again for helping make this day so special (and delicious!!)

04/10/2023: My wife and I called on My grandmother's name was Suzanne for a casual outdoor dinner for a group of ~50 people. Everything went well, good contact, proposal of a tailor-made offer adapted to our needs, punctuality, excellent food, generous quantities. We recommend !
03/08/2023: Very good restaurant serving local burgers. It is delicious. I recommend.
There aren't many places, as it seems to be a young company. Much merit. Well done.
