04/06/2026: The food was good, flavorful, and homemade. No complaints about the quality of the cuisine. However, the experience was severely marred by the service. I felt it was impossible for customers to request any adjustments (vegetarian option, change of menu item, etc.), as this seemed to be considered a problem or an additional cost. Paradoxically, when the restaurant doesn't have the side dish listed on the menu (in my case, the dauphinoise potatoes), they readily replace it with potatoes. So, the restaurant can change the dish, but the customer can't request anything. Another very unpleasant point: the waitress brought up money several times. First, to explain that changing a dish was expensive, and then again when she saw me take a napkin because I didn't have a tissue. She then told me that next time, it would be better to take toilet paper from the restroom because it would cost them less. This kind of remark is frankly inappropriate and has no place in customer service. Finally, starters at €14 and main courses at €23-25 ​​for perfectly normal portions seem quite expensive for Pontoise. It's a shame, because the food is good, but the attitude and repeated comments about money left a very negative impression and spoiled our meal.

29/08/2026: I hadn't been to this restaurant in ages, but I went back tonight with friends. To our surprise, the concept has completely changed; the menu is minimalist and could use some expansion—more of a Parisian bistro style with quality ingredients. We ate well, and the welcome was very pleasant and friendly. The location on the banks of the Oise is a definite plus.

06/05/2026: Highly recommended for its peaceful and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner. As a vegetarian, they were very accommodating to my dietary needs. The staff were friendly and attentive. Reasonable prices. We've dined here several times, and even celebrated a birthday there. We'll definitely be back.

10/07/2026: The restaurant is very impressive, the staff amazing, taking time to explain in English what each course was, each course perfectly presented and amazing to eat. Being very picky, these did not affect our overall experience. On arrival carpet looked a little dirty, noticeably improved after housekeeping visit on second day. Would have been nice to have more than one breakfast tea bag in a room for a couple. Cigarette smoke seemed drift in to bathroom from outside.

17/08/2026: A very good restaurant with beautiful decor. The menu has a lot of choices, but my favorites are the burrata and the corner burger. The staff is very helpful and professional. I was able to see the prices when it first opened and compare them to the current prices. There's a big difference; I find it a shame that some appetizers, even with a normal portion size for me, are still expensive. Otherwise, overall, a very wide variety of choices.

07/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience! I enjoyed an absolutely delicious beef tartare. The meat was incredibly fresh, and the seasoning was perfectly balanced, flavorful, and just right to enhance the beef's taste without overpowering it. I also paired my meal with a refreshing, flavorful, and very pleasant apricot juice. The service was attentive and welcoming, in a friendly atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. A truly wonderful restaurant that I highly recommend. I will definitely be back!

09/09/2026: We had a very good meal, excellent service, and perfect timing. One drawback was the very basic table setting on the terrace (no tablecloths, simple dishes, no salt or pepper provided). Prices were a bit high for the portion sizes, but the food was very good and the welcome was warm.

09/07/2026: I had forgotten a pair of designer sunglasses. A waitress told me she had found them and taken them home to return the next day. Since then, despite several trips back, I've been asked to come back the following day each time, without ever getting my sunglasses back. The manager told me it wasn't their fault… I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and I advise customers to be careful with their belongings.
