The dealer/so-called manager is completely unprofessional: not a greeting, a marked tendency to look down on customers, which echoes several other comments I've read. Despite everything, I must commend the warm welcome from the receptionists and bar staff. Unfortunately, this positive point is not enough to compensate for behavior that completely ruins the experience. Sir, if respecting customers costs you so much, perhaps it's time to consider a profession better suited to your temperament :)

17/03/2026: We went to eat lunch at this restaurant on Saturday. We were very disappointed. The food was fairly decent, except for my tiramisu which had no flavor whatsoever. I think the biscuits had been soaked in water. But the most disappointing thing was the service! The waitress was very unfriendly and the owner was no better. We aren't regulars and we definitely felt it. We won't be becoming regulars anytime soon! What a shame!

We hesitated between this and a nearby restaurant with better Google reviews, but ultimately, given the holiday season, we opted for a more budget-friendly choice, and we're so glad we did! The menu is simple and effective, but the daily specials are stunning. It's been a very long time since I've enjoyed a meal so much! From the cooking to the side dishes and the herbs, everything was expertly prepared—a true testament to the artistry and love of the plate. Not content with being captivated by the main course, I indulged in a dessert that seemed quite daring… A perfect blend of lightness and indulgence, with just a hint of Christmas spices, it was simply divine! I was blown away! Thank you, Chef, and I mustn't forget the service, which was on par with the food. We were unfortunately only passing through, but thank you for sharing this experience.

29/12/2025: Overall, a flawless experience. The menu is well-balanced and perfectly executed, clearly featuring fresh ingredients cooked with finesse. Coming from the Gers region, I tried the foie gras, which was absolutely sublime. Carefully cooked in a terrine. Classic dishes, expertly prepared. Perhaps a little less impressive was the octopus with a wing cream sauce and vegetables... a pure delight.
