21/07/2026: A real gem! The food is excellent, everything is truly delicious, and we enjoy it every time. You can tell the kitchen team is efficient; the dishes arrive quickly and are always beautifully prepared. A big thank you also to the seasonal staff who are lovely, always smiling and cheerful. The owner is just as welcoming and takes the time to chat with customers, which really makes a difference. The setting is magnificent; you feel wonderful there, and it makes you want to come back even more. I highly recommend this restaurant; you can go without hesitation. I can't wait to return!

11/05/2026: A wonderful stay at the Hôtel des Dunes! The welcome was simple and warm, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel's facilities are fairly basic, but the rooms are beautifully renovated, modern, comfortable, and very clean. The bedding is excellent, and you feel right at home. The hotel is also very well located, easily accessible, and convenient for exploring the island. A very pleasant surprise; I highly recommend it!

16/05/2026: It's a shame this place is closed when we had a reservation, and closing time was announced at 9:30pm, it's now 8:30pm.

11/08/2026: Try the Flammenkeuche, pronounced flom-men-koosh-e here, it's a pizza with a very thin crust loaded with tasty ingredients. I had the tuna and olive.

30/06/2026: I had a pleasant lunch break at this restaurant. The dishes were simple yet practical, good value for money, and the service and ambiance were both nice. The burgers and sandwiches are definitely worth trying.

05/08/2026: Hello We usually go to Galway, but this time we were disappointed. At aperitif time, the lemonade glass was only two-thirds full... It was supposed to be the same volume as the colas. The menu choices are more limited than before, with only one option (carpaccio or sausage and mashed potatoes). And above all, we've never seen anything like it: the waitress was so glum, but the owner (?) was really unfriendly. We used to love going to Galway for the atmosphere, but today it was incredibly depressing. In addition, the menu isn't particularly cheap. The children's menu is nothing special at €15. We'll explore other places in Les Sables next time. Perhaps we can thank Galway for that. In short, very disappointed. JMarc

04/08/2026: We were unfortunately disappointed by the cappuccino, priced at €5.50. The coffee had a very weak taste and the foam was unimpressive. At that price, we expected better quality.
