15/02/2026: It's a shame the seafood sauerkraut wasn't up to par. There was no sirloin steak as advertised on the menu. And no homemade fries as indicated. The wait was far too long. Very disappointed.

14/02/2026: We came today as a party of four without a reservation. The welcome was pleasant, and they had a nice menu with several choices of fish and meat dishes, including a daily special. We ordered a rib of beef, steak tartare, and pink duck breast strips at 12:45 PM. An hour later, we still hadn't been served. I asked the waitress why it was taking so long, and she gave us a rather unfriendly response: "The oven isn't expandable" or "The restaurant is full," which is unjustifiable given the long wait. An hour and a half later, our dishes arrived, all good and hot, except for the duck breast strips, which were served medium-rare but inedible, with cold mashed potatoes and a sauce that wasn't the one that was supposed to go in the dish. I asked for them to be replaced, but unfortunately, they were out of duck breast strips in the kitchen, so I had no meal. We left disappointed with our meals. I would recommend this restaurant for a group with plenty of time and a lot of patience.

23/08/2026: What a pleasant surprise! Like many people, we thought it was just a roadside diner... Wrong! It's a restaurant, and a very good one at that! The dishes were delicious and generous. The service was excellent and friendly. We've already planned our return trip.

20/08/2026: Great little brasserie/restaurant, €15 for a two-course meal (starter and main or main and dessert) and €17 for the full menu (limited to 5 or 6 courses plus 2 daily specials). High-quality cuisine, homemade desserts daily, a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. The cook, who was also acting as waiter, was very pleasant and friendly.

23/08/2026: I recommend it. Homemade dishes. Simple but very good. Pleasant waitresses. Reasonable value for money. We will definitely return. 2 adults, 1 child: 78 euros for 2 set menus (starter/main/dessert) + 1 children's menu.

31/08/2026: I knew the place but usually got takeout, never disappointed. Then I was invited by friends and again, not disappointed. The food is simple but good, as is the buffet, for a good price. The staff is great! 👍 I recommend it.

29/08/2026: We went to the restaurant this evening and had a wonderful meal, from the appetizer to the main course to the dessert, and the service was excellent. Moreover, the setting next to the lake and the stone house style give it all its charm! I highly recommend going there ;)

16/08/2026: We came twice as a group during our vacation. We absolutely loved this restaurant and its surroundings. The staff is incredibly friendly. The food is excellent value for money. The galettes and burgers are original and delicious, made with fresh, local ingredients. Their ice cream is unique and delightful. We didn't try the daily special, but it also looked amazing. I highly recommend it! 😃

22/08/2026: A quality roadside and workers' restaurant, which is becoming rare. Set menu with a choice of two homemade dishes. It's always good. The starters and desserts are also homemade. The prices are very reasonable, the welcome is friendly, and the service is efficient. Note that the new team took over two years ago, so disregard the previous reviews.

04/05/2026: We had a lovely stay at this charming hotel. We received a very warm welcome despite it being a public holiday. The service and breakfast were excellent, and thank you for the local products. My only regret is not having been able to fully enjoy the facilities (garden and pool), as we didn't have enough time despite our three-night stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

21/04/2026: Just rooms and a simple breakfast, but in an absolutely charming, peaceful setting - simply magical! Vincent is a wonderful friendly host. The pool is perfect for cold swimming. If you want lots of extras, this isn’t your place - if you want an astonishing night sky just look up.
