The dishes were excellent, bursting with flavor, and the ingredients were showcased beautifully. It was a real treat from start to finish. The entire meal was perfectly complemented by the wine pairings carefully selected by the sommelier. It was an excellent experience, a must-try without hesitation. The value for money is excellent considering the quality of the food and everything else that went with it.

Everything is homemade, and you'll enjoy everything from appetizers to desserts, including fresh fish from the local fish market and a modern twist on leeks vinaigrette. The interior is lovely, and the terrace overlooks the boats, giving you a real holiday feel. And the service is both professional and friendly. Go there—we need to spread the word about these great places!

21/03/2026: This is the second year in a row we've returned to this bar-restaurant and we're never disappointed. The welcome is always warm, with friendly, smiling, and attentive servers. The food lives up to our expectations, always satisfying. And of course, it's impossible not to mention the breathtaking sea view, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.

21/02/2026: The food is satisfactory. The service is basic; the two waiters do what they can. The problem... the owner, whistling loudly throughout the restaurant, like a stable boy. His language is childish and informal. It's awful.

06/03/2026: Very disappointed by this restaurant. The food was decent, but the portions were tiny. We spent nearly €100 and still didn't feel full, even though we're not big eaters. The wine list was incredibly disappointing, with no selection of wines from the Vendée region. They had wines from all over France and even abroad, but only one local wine, despite the many delicious options available. The service was rather cold. It felt like a tourist trap. In short, we won't be back.

15/02/2026: It's a shame the seafood sauerkraut wasn't up to par. There was no sirloin steak as advertised on the menu. And no homemade fries as indicated. The wait was far too long. Very disappointed.

14/02/2026: We came today as a party of four without a reservation. The welcome was pleasant, and they had a nice menu with several choices of fish and meat dishes, including a daily special. We ordered a rib of beef, steak tartare, and pink duck breast strips at 12:45 PM. An hour later, we still hadn't been served. I asked the waitress why it was taking so long, and she gave us a rather unfriendly response: "The oven isn't expandable" or "The restaurant is full," which is unjustifiable given the long wait. An hour and a half later, our dishes arrived, all good and hot, except for the duck breast strips, which were served medium-rare but inedible, with cold mashed potatoes and a sauce that wasn't the one that was supposed to go in the dish. I asked for them to be replaced, but unfortunately, they were out of duck breast strips in the kitchen, so I had no meal. We left disappointed with our meals. I would recommend this restaurant for a group with plenty of time and a lot of patience.
