06/07/2026: Last summer's experience: 2 stars, because the food is good, even if it's not better than on my first two visits. However, we were very disappointed by the service. We were a couple with our young child and were seated in a tiny corner at the very back of the restaurant, with the impression that our presence was intrusive. We also had to leave the stroller at the back of the restaurant. The staff wasn't very welcoming, which made the experience even more disappointing. I even wondered if families with young children were welcome. It's all the more unfortunate because we had already been two or three times before our son was born and had always had a wonderful time.

04/07/2026: Small dining room, but excellent food and top-notch service. The menu features 4 to 5 appetizers, 4 to 5 main courses, and the same number of desserts. Everything is fresh, the fish is cooked to perfection, and the chocolate mousse is divine. Reservations are recommended to guarantee a table. A bit noisy for my taste, but I highly recommend this restaurant.

30/07/2026: Overall, we had a good meal. The seafood platter to share was odd; there was pâté on it and only three shrimp, even though there were only two of us—it should have been two or four. The bottle of white wine wasn't chilled, so we had to ask for ice. We also had two seafood sauerkraut dishes, and it's a shame the shrimp were cold. The Dame Blanche was good, but the chocolate was bottled. Aside from that, the service was good, and the terrace was nice too.

30/07/2026: A superb discovery! Seated on the terrace, a very pleasant spot despite the tourists. We opted for the €28 set menu (starter, main course, dessert). A real treat! Exceptional mashed potatoes, delicious jus, and excellent sauces. Our 12-year-old enjoyed the Rafio burger very much. We highly recommend this place.

10/08/2026: We regularly come as a family to this restaurant, which was recently taken over by a charming young woman and an equally charming team. Warm decor, excellent food – one of our favorite spots on the island.

08/07/2026: We had a reservation, but unfortunately we arrived a day too early. It wasn't a problem at all; we were seated even though the restaurant was fully booked—thank you so much again! The food was of exceptional quality—every dish was truly delicious—wow! The tuna served with veal jus, or the Japanese butter, mmm—the sauces in general were incredible. The service, as mentioned, was excellent. All the staff were young and very dedicated. We felt very comfortable and were thrilled.

01/08/2026: Third visit to La Marine, and still the same delight. The new setting is magnificent. The warm welcome from Mr. and Mrs. Couillon and their daughter is perfect. Alexandre Couillon elevates local fish with an absolutely incredible level of skill: pearly white, perfectly cooked down to the second. Special mention also goes to the wine list, which is particularly extensive, with a superb selection of fine wines from the Loire Valley. An unforgettable experience. Bravo and all the best!

25/07/2026: Our taste buds were delighted, and our eyes too (thanks to the chef and his young team...). 😋👏 5 stars for this 3-star restaurant because here it's all about flavors, surprises, daring touches—in short, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. 🍾😃👍 A beautiful journey through origins, colors, aromas, flavors, textures... A truly great restaurant! Alexandre Couillon takes us beyond the port... elsewhere... and sometimes quite far away. From here to elsewhere... like a grand voyage at sea.

09/07/2026: A wonderful discovery, a little outside the city center. Several menus to choose from: simple fare and more gourmet options. A very friendly and welcoming staff. We'll definitely be back.

20/05/2026: Impeccable service, however, the food was bland. The sea bass was well-served but slightly overcooked, accompanied by a saffron risotto that wasn't actually saffron—it was rice pasta—and a vegetable wok with no seasoning whatsoever, no spices, no salt, no pepper. The mussels marinière were too salty, and the broth was watery. A question about the daily special: mussels marinière or curry? Is it a two-day special? The menu was the same on Monday and Tuesday. 🤔 The lack of ambiance and character in the decor discourages lingering after the meal.

09/08/2026: I'm told: you have to go. Okay. I want to book for 6 people for August 9th for dinner (since lunch is closed) and I'm told it's also closed on Sundays. No problem, let's book for this Monday... oh surprise when I'm then told I'll have to come back in September because the restaurant closes tonight for vacation. Are we really in Noirmoutier??? How can anyone praise a restaurant that never works at lunchtime, never on Sundays, and closes during the season from August 8th? It's a blatant lack of respect for all the positive reviews left on Google.

12/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An address that fully embodies what the word hospitality should mean. We arrived as a group of 10—6 adults and 4 children aged 3 to 7—and were welcomed with truly remarkable kindness, attentiveness, and warmth. Everything here seems designed to make the customer feel comfortable. You never feel rushed, pressured to clear the table, or pressured into a timed service. On the contrary, time seems deliberately given to the customer, with that now rare attention to detail that simply allows people to enjoy their meal, their children, and the present moment. And yet, the service is quick, seamless, and perfectly executed. Constant smiles, infectious good humor, and attention paid to both adults and children: nothing seems forced, everything feels natural. A special mention goes to our waiter, who took the time to give us precise advice on the cycling route to take towards Saint-Jean-de-Monts. Invaluable advice, given spontaneously and with a genuine desire to help us. It's precisely these little touches that transform a simple lunch into a wonderful holiday memory. And of course, the essentials are also there: everything is delicious. The portions are generous, flavorful, and perfectly executed. But what we'll remember most about L’Her du Temps, beyond the food, is the atmosphere: that of an establishment where you still truly understand the meaning of the words welcome, service, attentiveness, and kindness. A crêperie where efficiency never precludes humanity, where children are genuinely welcome, and where you leave with a smile. A truly wonderful discovery in Noirmoutier, which we recommend without reservation. We will return with immense pleasure.

06/08/2026: We regularly go there for cocktails overlooking the harbor. The setting is unique and the cocktails are very good, but I missed a smile from the waiter. So the service needs improvement.
