21/03/2026: We are from Gujan-Mestras. Bad experience today. The oysters were good, as always. But we were poorly received and rushed. Yet we ate in 30 minutes! 1) We arrived at 12:30 pm and were assigned a supposedly last table in the shade. Okay, we accepted because we hadn't booked for two. But 5 minutes later, a couple arrived... they were given a table from the restaurant on the sunny terrace. Okay, okay... 2) We started eating... I still had oysters on my plate... and then they took my tray away. 3) My husband went inside to pay the bill, and they offered our seat to other people while I was still seated, waiting for my husband to return so he could get his glasses, car keys, and bag from under the table. I had to quickly clean everything up because people were sitting down at our table. I know they need to make the most of the terrace, but today I felt like I was in the way. I repeat, 30 minutes for 50 euros, that's reasonable, isn't it?

27/03/2026: A beautiful establishment with a breathtaking view! The food is very good, but there was a slight service issue the day we were there: our tray arrived in several stages instead of one, with a wait in between. It's a shame, but we still enjoyed our visit!

05/03/2026: We came to eat oysters at this oyster shack, and unfortunately, the experience went very wrong. Eight out of ten people in our group were sick the next day (abdominal pain, digestive problems), which strongly resembles food poisoning. We are aware that the bad weather of the past few weeks may have impacted the sanitary quality of the production areas. But precisely in this context, an establishment must be extremely vigilant and serve only perfectly healthy oysters. PS: Before posting this review, I called the establishment and left a voicemail to inform them directly. Having received no response, I am sharing our experience here, not with the intention of gratuitously criticizing, but in the hope of raising awareness and encouraging greater vigilance.

20/03/2026: Unfortunately for us, there were no more shrimp or periwinkles. The waiter kindly offered us whelks instead, and to compensate for the inconvenience, he offered us complimentary glasses of wine. The waiter's friendliness and kindness were exceptional. The seafood was excellent.

We were very disappointed... the service was mediocre, we constantly had to ask for everything (very slow service)... the sole wasn't cooked properly... we were very cold in the restaurant... no finger bowls for the seafood... not enough space at the high tables... the positive points: a very fresh seafood platter and very good sea bass. It's a real shame.

11/03/2026: We've been there several times and it's always been a delight. The food is simple yet high-quality, and everything is perfectly executed. The fish is incredibly fresh and 99% wild. In short, a place well worth a visit for seafood lovers.
