16/04/2026: I think this restaurant is still one of the best in terms of food diversity...you can go from pizzas to rib-eye steaks, sushi, couscous, fresh salads...it's generally very good and great for groups or big appetites.

15/04/2026: We tried this all-you-can-eat restaurant. There's a huge selection and a buffet with plenty of fried food, various appetizers, and a wide variety of desserts. There are different stations: pizza, sushi, pasta, yakitori, grilled food, and wok, which is quite original. The chefs are quick and very friendly. Unfortunately, some of the dishes weren't very clean, which is a shame. Nevertheless, the dining area is very large, so there's plenty of space and seating, it's not too noisy, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant.

06/04/2026: A fantastic visit! The fish were magnificent. I loved the variety of species on display. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend going; it's well worth it! A little tip: try to visit the aquarium in the morning as soon as it opens. There are far fewer people, and you can really take your time enjoying the tanks and observing the fish in peace. Parking on the road is free on Sundays.

09/03/2026: We made a reservation for Saturday at 6:15 pm (the evening of Ramadan). We called to confirm the time so we would have enough time to order and be served on time for breaking the fast. This was confirmed over the phone. However, upon arriving at 6:15 pm, the waiter sighed, saying we had come too "early." We explained that we weren't in a hurry and could wait if necessary. We ordered a charcuterie platter as a starter and main courses. The waiter asked if we wanted the platter before the main courses (which seemed logical since it's a starter). He then informed us that the main courses would take longer to arrive because the cooks were young. This is perfectly understandable, but in this case, it might be better to adjust the service schedule. Despite this, the food was very good, even excellent. On the other hand, the service was rather poor, and we considered leaving several times. This is not the first time we have come, but it is the first time we have received this kind of welcome.

04/04/2026: We came here to skate, and honestly, it was a disaster. We waited for skates in our size, and the place is tiny—a real dump. The girl who was supposed to give us the skates, my uncle said she'd save us a pair in our size. We waited an hour and a half, and then she said she didn't even have any.

12/04/2026: Tonight at Buddha Bard, we had a disappointing experience with the service. Our waitress was unpleasant throughout the meal; it took an hour to get a simple carafe of water, dessert was just as long, and we received no apology or explanation. It's a shame, because this kind of service completely ruined the evening, especially since it was to celebrate a birthday :(

15/02/2026: A very good restaurant for Valentine's Day. The truffle pasta shells are highly recommended. I was disappointed not to have any icing on top of the mille-feuille... 😭 The servers were very professional and genuinely friendly. A quiet and very beautiful restaurant. I recommend it.

27/12/2025: I had lunch at Café M, located inside the Hyatt Hotel, and frankly, it was wonderful from beginning to end. I chose the dish of the day: a sole stuffed with truffle, accompanied by roasted vegetables and a creamy sauce. It was simply exceptional. An explosion of flavors, a balance and finesse that literally surprised and delighted my palate. Each bite was a true delicacy, perfectly executed. The bread served with butter was also remarkable, befitting a very high-end establishment. You can clearly feel the gastronomic level of the place, where nothing is left to chance. The gourmet coffee, to conclude the meal, was also exceptional and perfectly executed. Even the wine selection is carefully curated and perfectly paired. I would also like to emphasize the quality of the service. The waitress who looked after us was remarkably kind and professional. Kind, attentive, and a great listener, she greatly contributed to making this experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to her, the experience was truly exceptional. She perfectly embodies the image and excellence of the hotel and sincerely deserves special recognition. This experience took place on December 25th at noon, and it was a perfect moment in every way. A huge thank you to the entire team. We will gladly return.

02/02/2026: A traditional Japanese restaurant, exactly as I've come to expect. The service is very quick. The food is prepared right in front of you. Fresh fish. The atmosphere isn't anything special... but at least they're incredibly efficient.

17/03/2026: We spent one night at the Hôtel L’Ermitage, and frankly, the current 3.9/5 rating on Google doesn't reflect our experience. We had booked the Belvédère room, which offers an absolutely incredible view of the Monts d’Or and Lyon. The setting is calm, peaceful, and truly magnificent—a real haven of tranquility. Upon arrival, we had a drink on the restaurant terrace, bathed in sunshine: a very pleasant way to start our stay. We then had the relaxation area to ourselves, allowing us to truly unwind, exactly what we were looking for. In the evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant: excellent cuisine, discreet and pleasant service. We had a wonderful evening. The next morning, breakfast was a very pleasant surprise: a well-organized buffet with a high-quality savory selection (which is quite rare and worth mentioning), featuring organic and seasonal products. The desserts were also excellent: pastries, delicious bread, praline brioche, organic products, and a superb homemade pear compote. We were able to enjoy the relaxation area one last time before our departure. The early check-out before noon is a real plus, allowing you to fully enjoy the morning. Of course, having a professional eye for the restaurant industry ourselves, we noticed a few imperfections, particularly regarding the cleanliness of the relaxation area (chewing gum and hair were found on the edge of the jacuzzi upon our arrival, and these hadn't been cleaned up by our departure). The facilities also show some signs of age. However, this didn't spoil our stay in any way. The staff was lovely from beginning to end, and the overall experience remains very positive. We loved our stay, so kudos to the team, and we will most likely be back next month.

14/03/2026: Quite disappointed by this otherwise well-known hotel. The reception wasn't very welcoming; the person was on the phone for at least five minutes without telling us they'd be there in a few minutes. The room was nice enough, but the floor wasn't clean, there was only one large towel for two people, and no phone to contact reception. The pool is tiny, with just two sun loungers practically next to each other, water everywhere, and no one to even mop it up. The spa was very nice! Breakfast was very good with a magnificent view, but forget about a friendly welcome and a smile from the staff—they must not be paid for that! Would I recommend it? No! There are so many better options elsewhere for the same price.
