21/05/2026: It's a good place to meet people, but the facilities are frankly disappointing. No dance floor...and the drinks are expensive, which is a shame.

09/03/2026: We made a reservation for Saturday at 6:15 pm (the evening of Ramadan). We called to confirm the time so we would have enough time to order and be served on time for breaking the fast. This was confirmed over the phone. However, upon arriving at 6:15 pm, the waiter sighed, saying we had come too "early." We explained that we weren't in a hurry and could wait if necessary. We ordered a charcuterie platter as a starter and main courses. The waiter asked if we wanted the platter before the main courses (which seemed logical since it's a starter). He then informed us that the main courses would take longer to arrive because the cooks were young. This is perfectly understandable, but in this case, it might be better to adjust the service schedule. Despite this, the food was very good, even excellent. On the other hand, the service was rather poor, and we considered leaving several times. This is not the first time we have come, but it is the first time we have received this kind of welcome.

29/04/2026: We've rented the smaller rooms for an evening twice, and we weren't disappointed at all! The service is excellent, the staff very friendly, and the venue incredible, with a superb view of the canal! We highly recommend La Rotonde :)

18/05/2026: I'm very disappointed by an experience I had with my 8-year-old nephew regarding a bike exchange. We really liked the idea: to introduce him to a form of mutual support and reuse outside of the commercial system. He agreed to give away his small bike with the prospect of getting a larger one after it was repaired, as we had been told. We were told that we would have to wait a few weeks while a volunteer carried out the repairs. However, the weeks turned into months, then more than a year, with no concrete progress despite several follow-up emails. The hardest part for my nephew was then seeing his old bike offered for sale at a neighborhood festival, without any alternative being offered to him in the meantime. I understand the challenges faced by associations and volunteers, but I think it's important to be clear with families and children about what constitutes an exchange, a loan, or a donation. When there is an educational dimension to solidarity and reuse, trust and commitment count enormously.

25/02/2026: I've been going there for years, and the system has changed a lot: it's impossible to buy the items displayed in the window until the following Tuesday. This is a very strange process that seems designed not to sell things but to create frustration. I hope management sees this feedback and draws some conclusions. 🧠

13/03/2026: I'm writing a review of this restaurant, even though I don't usually do so, because the welcome wasn't warm and the atmosphere wasn't either! The service was awful and the waitress was very unpleasant!

02/02/2026: A traditional Japanese restaurant, exactly as I've come to expect. The service is very quick. The food is prepared right in front of you. Fresh fish. The atmosphere isn't anything special... but at least they're incredibly efficient.

18/04/2026: Passing through Rochefort, we tried this restaurant. A very pleasant surprise! We ate very well, enjoying a blend of French and Asian cuisine. The ingredients were fresh and well-prepared with great taste. The welcome and service were excellent. I highly recommend it.

15/02/2026: A very good restaurant for Valentine's Day. The truffle pasta shells are highly recommended. I was disappointed not to have any icing on top of the mille-feuille... 😭 The servers were very professional and genuinely friendly. A quiet and very beautiful restaurant. I recommend it.

27/12/2025: I had lunch at Café M, located inside the Hyatt Hotel, and frankly, it was wonderful from beginning to end. I chose the dish of the day: a sole stuffed with truffle, accompanied by roasted vegetables and a creamy sauce. It was simply exceptional. An explosion of flavors, a balance and finesse that literally surprised and delighted my palate. Each bite was a true delicacy, perfectly executed. The bread served with butter was also remarkable, befitting a very high-end establishment. You can clearly feel the gastronomic level of the place, where nothing is left to chance. The gourmet coffee, to conclude the meal, was also exceptional and perfectly executed. Even the wine selection is carefully curated and perfectly paired. I would also like to emphasize the quality of the service. The waitress who looked after us was remarkably kind and professional. Kind, attentive, and a great listener, she greatly contributed to making this experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to her, the experience was truly exceptional. She perfectly embodies the image and excellence of the hotel and sincerely deserves special recognition. This experience took place on December 25th at noon, and it was a perfect moment in every way. A huge thank you to the entire team. We will gladly return.
