16/09/2026: Excellent all-inclusive package at a very good price. There's a huge selection. The only slight downside was the fries, which were of very average quality. Special mention and an award for excellence go to the young waitress Manon, who was very pleasant and smiling.

At 10 pm on a Saturday night, there was no dessert left, and for the price we paid, the restaurant was empty… The entertainer does what he can, but it's more like a daycare than anything else. Last time, I've had much better experiences. Disappointed.

15/09/2026: The overall experience was really good, and the service was great. The sushi was absolutely amazing. The Szechuan chicken was good, but it had quite a lot of sauce, which made it a little heavy for my taste. The noodles were also quite average and slightly oily. The best part for me was definitely the vibe. The atmosphere was beautiful, lively, and really enjoyable, and it honestly made the whole experience much more special. I had such a good time there. The staff were very nice, the reservation process was smooth and easy, and overall everything else was great. I really enjoyed the experience.

11/09/2026: The "Rotonde of Stalingrad" (aka "Rotonde de Ledoux") is a neoclassically tollhouse designed by Claude-Nicholas Ledoux for the "Place de la Vilette" (then Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad). Nowadays, the rotunda serves a coffe shop, as restaurant, and as nightclub. Back in the 18th century, it served as tollhouse of the tax-farmers, now it does tax your coffee and cocktails.

10/09/2026: Terrace reserved for 80 people, excellent organization and a very pleasant setting. The rest of the evening in the Rotonde nightclub was also great!

30/08/2026: A very good experience at this all-you-can-eat sushi place. The menu isn't huge, but it's enough for a varied meal. The sushi is good, and unlike most all-you-can-eat places, there's a decent amount of fish compared to rice. The service is friendly and efficient. Excellent value for money.

06/09/2026: The restaurant needs a complete overhaul, both the food and the ambiance. Inside, the sofas and tables are quite outdated. The food stations are often empty, so you have to wait or tell the servers, who are not at all friendly. The price doesn't reflect the quality of the service. As the owner told me, "McDonald's is nearby." Unfortunately, they need to take a hard look at themselves and accept the criticism, which is valid. I'd eat better at McDonald's, and it's cleaner.

05/09/2026: A wonderful experience at Café M Madeleine! The service was absolutely excellent: the team demonstrated remarkable professionalism and kindness, especially Antoine. We came to celebrate a birthday, and the staff took excellent care of us from beginning to end, with special touches and a candle on the dessert that made the moment unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant, both for the quality of the food and the warm welcome. 5/5!

23/07/2026: It's simple. I booked a table for a business dinner one evening. The reservation was confirmed. We arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. It's a real shame, especially when the Hayatt name is associated with the restaurant.

17/03/2026: We spent one night at the Hôtel L’Ermitage, and frankly, the current 3.9/5 rating on Google doesn't reflect our experience. We had booked the Belvédère room, which offers an absolutely incredible view of the Monts d’Or and Lyon. The setting is calm, peaceful, and truly magnificent—a real haven of tranquility. Upon arrival, we had a drink on the restaurant terrace, bathed in sunshine: a very pleasant way to start our stay. We then had the relaxation area to ourselves, allowing us to truly unwind, exactly what we were looking for. In the evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant: excellent cuisine, discreet and pleasant service. We had a wonderful evening. The next morning, breakfast was a very pleasant surprise: a well-organized buffet with a high-quality savory selection (which is quite rare and worth mentioning), featuring organic and seasonal products. The desserts were also excellent: pastries, delicious bread, praline brioche, organic products, and a superb homemade pear compote. We were able to enjoy the relaxation area one last time before our departure. The early check-out before noon is a real plus, allowing you to fully enjoy the morning. Of course, having a professional eye for the restaurant industry ourselves, we noticed a few imperfections, particularly regarding the cleanliness of the relaxation area (chewing gum and hair were found on the edge of the jacuzzi upon our arrival, and these hadn't been cleaned up by our departure). The facilities also show some signs of age. However, this didn't spoil our stay in any way. The staff was lovely from beginning to end, and the overall experience remains very positive. We loved our stay, so kudos to the team, and we will most likely be back next month.

14/03/2026: Quite disappointed by this otherwise well-known hotel. The reception wasn't very welcoming; the person was on the phone for at least five minutes without telling us they'd be there in a few minutes. The room was nice enough, but the floor wasn't clean, there was only one large towel for two people, and no phone to contact reception. The pool is tiny, with just two sun loungers practically next to each other, water everywhere, and no one to even mop it up. The spa was very nice! Breakfast was very good with a magnificent view, but forget about a friendly welcome and a smile from the staff—they must not be paid for that! Would I recommend it? No! There are so many better options elsewhere for the same price.
