13/08/2026: Beautiful restaurant with lovely service. Food was very nice too as expected of most Buddha bar it was expensive,it was upscale and fine dining. I would visit again if i am in Switzerland. I made a reservation but not sure if you can walk in without one.

07/07/2026: Living in the same building as the restaurant, I've had enough. The lobby is regularly filled with an unbearable smell of rotting fish, to the point that it's sometimes difficult to go home without feeling nauseous. The problem seems to stem from the restaurant's garbage management. The garbage is sometimes left outside long enough for the odor to permeate the entire lobby, and even after it's collected, the smell can linger for days. It's a daily nuisance that residents have to endure for no reason. What's most frustrating is that I've already reported this problem to the manager several times. Despite this, I haven't seen any change. I felt like the residents' complaints were completely ignored. It's time this restaurant took responsibility. Residents have a right to a clean building and a minimum of respect. Better waste management is essential, because the situation has become intolerable.

17/08/2026: We've been there many times and I've never been disappointed. The value for money is excellent; the prices aren't high at all and the quality of the products is good. The selection is decent, the wok dishes are very good, as are the pre-made dishes and the appetizers. I'm not as keen on the desserts, but that's okay, it leaves me more room for the main courses! 😁

14/08/2026: The Rotonde Stalingrad is an iconic landmark in northern Paris, built in the 18th century by the architect Ledoux as a customs house. 17/03/2026: We spent one night at the Hôtel L’Ermitage, and frankly, the current 3.9/5 rating on Google doesn't reflect our experience. We had booked the Belvédère room, which offers an absolutely incredible view of the Monts d’Or and Lyon. The setting is calm, peaceful, and truly magnificent—a real haven of tranquility. Upon arrival, we had a drink on the restaurant terrace, bathed in sunshine: a very pleasant way to start our stay. We then had the relaxation area to ourselves, allowing us to truly unwind, exactly what we were looking for. In the evening, we dined at the hotel restaurant: excellent cuisine, discreet and pleasant service. We had a wonderful evening. The next morning, breakfast was a very pleasant surprise: a well-organized buffet with a high-quality savory selection (which is quite rare and worth mentioning), featuring organic and seasonal products. The desserts were also excellent: pastries, delicious bread, praline brioche, organic products, and a superb homemade pear compote. We were able to enjoy the relaxation area one last time before our departure. The early check-out before noon is a real plus, allowing you to fully enjoy the morning. Of course, having a professional eye for the restaurant industry ourselves, we noticed a few imperfections, particularly regarding the cleanliness of the relaxation area (chewing gum and hair were found on the edge of the jacuzzi upon our arrival, and these hadn't been cleaned up by our departure). The facilities also show some signs of age. However, this didn't spoil our stay in any way. The staff was lovely from beginning to end, and the overall experience remains very positive. We loved our stay, so kudos to the team, and we will most likely be back next month.

14/03/2026: Quite disappointed by this otherwise well-known hotel. The reception wasn't very welcoming; the person was on the phone for at least five minutes without telling us they'd be there in a few minutes. The room was nice enough, but the floor wasn't clean, there was only one large towel for two people, and no phone to contact reception. The pool is tiny, with just two sun loungers practically next to each other, water everywhere, and no one to even mop it up. The spa was very nice! Breakfast was very good with a magnificent view, but forget about a friendly welcome and a smile from the staff—they must not be paid for that! Would I recommend it? No! There are so many better options elsewhere for the same price.

23/07/2026: It's simple. I booked a table for a business dinner one evening. The reservation was confirmed. We arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. It's a real shame, especially when the Hayatt name is associated with the restaurant.

08/06/2026: Restaurant booked on a whim via The Fork and a wonderful surprise! We received a warm welcome and excellent service throughout dinner. The café was fully booked, but this didn't affect the service at all. The €70 set menu was very generous, flavorful, and beautifully presented. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered the tapas as a starter, but I have no regrets as everything was delicious. I highly recommend it!
