18/08/2024: While passing through Aigues-Mortes, we were able to enjoy this restaurant. A passionate cook, he is a source of suggestions for wine and digestives. Culinarily, the products are fresh. The turbot was very good. I enjoyed the olive chips. Finally, the profiteroles are crazy, as the waitress pointed out. As the restaurant was full, our table was apart. If I can give two points for improvement: a small plant or decoration would be welcome to maintain the pleasant setting of the restaurant when you are further away. Also, for an aperitif, a little something to nibble alongside the drink would be nice. We highly recommend.

21/09/2024: An exceptional moment in this restaurant. The cuisine is simply excellent, balanced and close to gourmet in terms of quality. Each dish was a real delight and in generous quantities.
The friendly and warm atmosphere adds a special touch to the experience, the service is gold, the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and smiling.
The interior decoration of the restaurant creates a “cocooning” and warm atmosphere, with a layout that seems designed to offer each table a certain intimacy.
The prices are reasonable, you will enjoy yourself and have a good time for sure!
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.
21/09/2024: We have been here many times and have always had superb food. I had my best lobster here a few years ago. If you are going here, you should book a table well in advance. In my opinion, this is AM's best restaurant.

15/06/2024: Le chef Sami propose des menus avec des plats originaux et d’une grande finesse, certains classiques d’autres inspirés du style « fusion » franco-thaïlandais. Essayez ses « rouleaux de printemps » en entrée, vous n’en avez jamais goutés de tels !
Les prix sont raisonnables, l’accueil chaleureux et la place de la Viguerie calme et ensoleillée. Une adresse à retenir, à seulement 300m du centre hyper-touristique de Aigues-Mortes (Place Saint-Louis) et de ses multiples restaurants « de surgelés ».

What a discovery; unfeigned kindness, attention "the customer is respected"!: Each of us chooses our pizza with Mediterranean flavors and, moreover, very consistent! Little dinner on a charming terrace - What can I say, Madam, Sir, except that next September, you are on our list for a taste stop not to be missed! 19/08/2024: We came across this restaurant by chance and it's definitely worth the detour. The pizzas are very good, the dish of the day a treat and the dessert as a finale, a maxi profiteroles from another world. We will return without hesitation. The servers are great, the only downside is the blonde lady who welcomes people who is not very friendly.

30/08/2024: Salle décorée avec goût, chaises très confortables. Nous avions une table dans un coin climatisé, c'était parfait. Les plats sont joliment présentés et excellents! Le dos de merlu au chorizo était excellent avec une cuisson parfaite. Le personnel aux petits soins et très souriants
Le menu à 24e entrée plat dessert est plus que raisonnable au vu de l'assiette.
