Les meilleurs restaurants en Haute-Corse

20/09/2024: Aux vues des bons commentaires nous avons réservé une table ds ce restaurant. Belle salle de restaurant avec vue sur mer. Les serveuses sont au top. Nous avons pu goûter le vin avant de faire notre choix. Par contre ne prenez pas le menu corse à 30 euros si vous avez faim ! En entrée assiette de charcuterie correcte en plat nous avions choisi gambas... Quelle surprise de voir une seule gambas ds notre assiette ! Certes bien cuisinée mais avec quelques légumes et très peu de pâtes... Pas de quoi calé un estomac qui a faim ! Le dessert un fondant chaud à la châtaigne sans prétention avec trop de crème de châtaigne froide au milieu Bref menu trop cher pour ce que l'on mange.

15/06/2024: Une petite terrasse dominant la mer avec un super coucher de soleil. Repas très bon et excellent rapport qualité prix. Très bon accueil et service sympathique.

12/08/2024: La carte a changé mais la cuisine reste copieuse et bonne. Service de qualité. Je reviens l année prochaine sans aucun doute. Vue magnifique

18/09/2024: Booked a day spa with lunch. While the massage was great, the lunch was a disaster. After noting that the beef was not possible to eat, the service confirmed to talk with the kitchen. After 15 minutes the service came to take our plates. We had to remind them that we still waited for a response and were then offered an alternative, but only from the room service menu. There was no apology and not even a complementary coffee or something else offered. The mayonnaise of the fries was dried which is a sign for salmonella. We just wanted informed the service to avoid any food poisoning for other guests, but the guy did not listen and wanted to try the mayonnaise. We noted that you cannot taste salmonella but he did not care, hope he is alright. In total we sat 2 hours in the restaurant and we're eating one after the other, so each of us sat there for an hour without anything. The cleanliness of the spa could be improved. Drink prices are insane with 20€ for a cocktail, leading to the bar being totally empty. The hotel and spa has great potential but they do not seem to invest into their staff training at all. Quite underwhelming experience for the price.

20/08/2024: we had a great time for a gourmet dinner, all the dishes were very fine, the wine pairing was brilliant with local wines at our request, and above all the passionate and fascinating explanations. The staff is attentive and affable if, like us, you liked the exchange. So of course it's a significant price but it's also a great moment and a great experience. Thanks to the Signoria team

25/08/2024: We decided to trust Marylise and Olivier for our wedding, and we were right to do so. Marylise was attentive and a huge help for our day. We highly recommend the Cape for their parties but for your private parties as well. You can go there with your eyes closed. Thank you very much to you Marylise, Bernard and Olivier.

25/07/2024: Serveuse pas très agréable, s'est trompée dans la commande, n'a rien voulu savoir et nous a insulter. On est reparti fâché. Donc on a bien manger mais un goût de "je n'y reviendrais plus".. Dommage d'embaucher une serveuse si désagréable. Le client est roi, surtout quand il a raison..

25/07/2024: What do you think of a waitress who makes the wrong order, who makes you pay and above all who tells you, you don't belong HERE!!! Oops, we live 25 km away. Beware of the waitress in the black shirt!! Not graceful at all, completely lost and we get insulted. I'll be the boss, oops, at the door. Sometimes it's better to change careers. I never post negative comments, but here, paying for something you didn't eat 😡😡😡

20/07/2024: Cozy place with wonderful food. The chef prepares a delicious lunch and the service is incredibly enthusiastic! We had the chef’s recommended fish ravioli, the king prawn squid-ink risotto, tempura prawns, and a pizza. And, all of the dishes were perfect! The king prawns that came with the risotto were truly the best I’ve had in my life.

12/06/2024: Tout est parfait le service les repas et le cadre. J'ai d'abord goûter les burgers qui était très bon très copieux et un prix abordable puis la pizza qui était tout aussi bonne.

22/08/2024: Eviter même si vous avait faim on se fait attaquer par les guêpes on vous place une table au soleil il n'y a rien de bon a manger le vin c'est du vinaigre beignets de courgettes trop salé salade une tomate et une feuille de salade mémé pas assaisonner

08/08/2024: Very friendly welcome, very pleasant patience despite our lack of knowledge of French and the children's lack of decision-making... In the end we had 3 cheeseburgers and one linguini aux gambas... I'm a big boy, so the portion could have been bigger, but it was definitely not too little and VERY DELICIOUS! Nice fresh little tomato halves, lots of fantastic prawns, good but not too much garlic, simply delicious! The cheeseburger was also very well topped and had great sauce on it and really good fries! All in all, excellent!
