28/07/2024: Nice hotel, air-conditioned room with bed and comfortable shower. Friendly owner, waitress too, the food is really very good. From starter to dessert. I recommend having spent 3 weeks there for work.

Si mangia una cucina corsa ottima sia per le materie prime utilizzate (anche direttamente dal loro orto) che per la raffinatezza con la quale vengono impiattate. Le portate sono abbondanti, vengono descritte minuziosamente (anche in italiano) al momento dell'ordinazione. Prezzi corretti per quanto offerto, ma soprattutto uno dei pochi ristoranti dove non ho rimpianto "l'italianita'".
