10/07/2025: A very friendly young man served us, fulfilled our every need, and even gave us a travel tip for the island. The food and dessert were great. Not a huge selection, but plentiful and delicious.

23/06/2025: Our first time in Bastia and we found it quite difficult to find somewhere that served dinner before 7pm. Luckily the maps app provided some suggestions and the Met restaurant was just across the street from our hotel. We both decided on the lasagne and a cold beer and it was perfect for our last night in Corsica. The staff were lovely and the people watching was fun.

09/08/2025: Having come here many times, we are never disappointed. Everything is always perfect, refined, beautifully presented, fresh and original.

23/07/2025: The service and atmosphere were top-notch. The flavors were there. However, we were disappointed by the quantity of fish. At €25 for a plate of sea bass pasta, we expected more than a few small pieces at the bottom of the plate.

31/12/2025: My favorite restaurant in Bastia for years. But the more time passes, the more the food gets better and the prices go up. I miss the quality of the food they used to serve.

23/12/2025: Listed as open online, but upon arrival at the restaurant it was closed. And the answering machine message said the restaurant was open (Tuesday). Unprofessional.

06/07/2025: Top notch burgers and toasted sandwiches that are extremely good value. The service was very attentive and friendly. You can sit down outside in the square. If you want good value food definitely come here.

20/05/2025: I'll start with the only point that intrigued me a little: When passing by, you can't really see into the interior through the windows. However, sitting inside, you're glad that passersby can't see into your plate. Walking through the front door, the welcome is charming, friendly, and personal. The setting is simple and rustic, but you feel at ease from the first moment. The menu is small but promising, so we decided on two dishes of fresh and delicious pasta made with exceptionally high-quality ingredients. The dishes are accompanied by a wine recommended by the waitress, and it's absolutely perfect. We see the two ladies creating pizzas, pasta, and everything else, providing service, and taking the time to chat with the customers. Finally, we indulge in delicious desserts and a coffee to round off the meal. The price for this meal is reasonable, and I highly recommend a visit. Thank you for the welcome.

29/12/2025: The welcome and service were good, as we were only two tables in the entire restaurant. We had a waiter just for us. The food wasn't exceptional, mostly frozen and with no real creativity in the recipes. The atmosphere was... [unintelligible]. I gave it 3 stars just barely, but 2 stars would have been the same.

28/12/2025: Absolutely fantastic!!! 💗👍🥰 The food is good and, most importantly, the prices are affordable. They don't act pretentious like some places nearby just because they're on the port. And the waiters and waitresses are efficient and professional. Thank you again. This is my third visit and I've enjoyed it just as much each time. Keep up the good work! 👍♥️😊

28/09/2025: Today, it's a normal café. It has a portafilter machine, but the coffee isn't particularly good (although this is the norm in Corsica). The napkin used to serve very fine egg dishes, which are unfortunately no longer available.

08/11/2025: A very friendly little burger restaurant. The burgers and fries are delicious, and the staff is very pleasant. On top of that, the price is more than reasonable for what you get.
