19/02/2026: What a wonderful surprise this restaurant was! Unassuming in appearance, it has retained a childlike spirit! The cuisine, both original and inventive, proved surprising and absolutely delicious. The set menu might deter some, but without it, we probably would never have chosen these dishes. Each plate transported us and made this discovery a truly delightful experience. Bravo to Chef Bruno Barthe, and a big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and excellent service.

02/02/2026: What a pleasure to have lunch at the Buffet du Grand Marché! Everything was beautifully presented, fresh, and delicious, from the selection of appetizers to the decadent desserts. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff truly delightful, making the experience even more enjoyable. You immediately feel welcome and at ease. It's the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed and uncomplicated way. I've been telling everyone about it and I'll definitely be back!

02/02/2026: We've become addicted to your establishment. The only downside I can see is the lack of acceptance of restaurant cards, whereas it was possible last year. Please, make sure they are accepted as soon as possible. Your rating will suffer otherwise, and I would be very sorry about that, as your food is of such high quality.

14/02/2026: We were walking around Toulouse when a friend tripped and fell. We went inside to ask who to call to get to the hospital, and they were incredibly helpful. We couldn't eat or drink anything at that moment, but we'll go one of these days.

15/01/2026: A pleasant surprise! A short and well-balanced menu, delicious and refined cuisine, featuring vegetarian dishes but not exclusively. Two original and very successful desserts for a bill that's more than reasonable considering the quality and effort. Highly recommended! It's also a great spot for joggers, so you can go with your eyes closed and your taste buds open! 😉

23/02/2026: After four particularly enjoyable visits to this restaurant, I've decided to leave a short review. The authentic decor, the food, the service—everything makes you want to come back. The flammekueches are delicious, varied, and cooked in the restaurant's fireplace. The sauerkraut is also very good, served in generous portions, with the option to take home any leftovers in a container. The food is homemade, and the service is friendly and pleasantly relaxed. The owners are so kind that they brighten up your meal. We've celebrated two birthdays at this restaurant, and both times we were extremely pleased with the service and the food. The restaurant has a friendly clientele, and it's never noisy, having visited at different times of day, both on weekends and weekdays. I can't finish this review without praising the chef for the Banoffee pie—homemade and absolutely delicious! It goes without saying that I highly recommend the restaurant, both for the atmosphere, and for the dishes and desserts.
