12/09/2026: We were already familiar with the chain, but this was our first time at the one on Boulevard de Strasbourg. A very warm welcome, a dynamic team, and quick service. The salmon was delicious, and the side dishes were generous. A great place to eat in Toulouse.

02/09/2026: Bistrot Régent is a restaurant, not a bistro. The food is good (I'm thinking particularly of the chef's sauce). However, don't expect to run into Philippe here; he doesn't serve the food and apparently doesn't prepare it anymore. He's busy at his other restaurants, they say... The staff is very pleasant nonetheless (just a lot too hairy, unlike Philippe). I recommend this place if you want to eat a good meal; I don't recommend it if you want to see the Chef or any other bald person for that matter.

28/01/2026: Honestly, it's been a long time since I left the hairdresser's so thrilled with the result. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, a very warm welcome from Fabrice and Marion who make a superb team, and above all, Fabrice's attentiveness (he did my hair), his understanding of what my client wanted, his helpful suggestions, and his passion for his work all contribute to the excellent results.

30/07/2026: Honestly, I have nothing to say, it was a truly fantastic experience. The food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from beginning to end. They were always smiling, and it felt like they had just opened, they were so energetic and eager to please. They were there when needed without being intrusive, which was really nice. Plus, they offered us extra food without us even asking. And the thing that surprised me the most was that they even "offered" us a tip. It's the first time in my life a restaurant has done that for me, so it really made an impression. At the end, we even received a compliment. They told us we were good people, and honestly, that was heartwarming. It's little touches like that that make you want to come back. You can tell they truly respect their customers and that they do this job with passion. It was a great discovery and I will gladly return, God willing. I highly recommend it.

30/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and the attentive staff. The service was quick, friendly, and truly professional; we immediately felt at ease. As for the food, it was simply exceptional. I ordered the mixed grill with lahmacun, and everything was perfectly executed. The meats were tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection, with an authentic flavor that showcased the chef's expertise. The lahmacun was generous, crispy, and incredibly delicious. You can tell the ingredients are high-quality and that each dish is prepared with passion. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and ideal for spending a wonderful time with friends or family. Honestly, it's one of the best experiences I've had at a grill restaurant. I will definitely be back and I recommend it 100%!

22/09/2026: A truly exquisite cuisine with refined, high-quality dishes – a wonderful culinary experience where you'll want to try several dishes! For my part, I had marinated pork spider steak with peanuts and herbs, sweet potatoes in various textures with creamy shallot and tonka bean sauce – excellent, and a sublime mango crème brûlée! A superb discovery on the ground floor of the Ibis Styles at the Cité de l'Espace in Toulouse! You can go without hesitation!

05/09/2026: We tried both burgers on the menu, with their sides, and honestly, they were both delicious! 🍔 Special mention goes to the morel sauce, which is simply excellent. 🤩 The patio offers a beautiful view, especially lovely at sunset. 🌅 A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend!

11/08/2026: The worst "loklak" I've ever eaten 🤮 if you can even call it loklak!!! Boiled meat in a sauce that tasted like dishwater. Never again!! €14.50 for this is outrageous. The spring rolls were completely uninteresting, not even a lettuce leaf.

08/09/2026: The food was surprisingly delicious and excellent. The dining room was rather unwelcoming, with a somewhat 2000s art gallery vibe and a lack of authenticity in the decor. It simply wasn't up to the task of complementing such splendid dishes. Atmosphere is also very important. Such magnificent, original, and expertly executed cuisine deserves a simple and authentic setting. The delightful presentation of the food doesn't need all these frills (dishes of every shape and size, etc.). It's so good that simplicity is key. Slate, wood, and plants...

07/09/2026: Absolutely extraordinary once again! I dream of a lunch menu where an amuse-bouche becomes a main course... but one can dream, right? Great place, charming and attentive service. Being pregnant, I greatly appreciate all the efforts the kitchen makes to ensure I can eat everything (or almost everything!). Truly fantastic! => Just one small, but very small, drawback: the soaps in the restrooms smell lovely, very lovely, yes, BUT the scent lingers on the skin and slightly detracts from the amuse-bouches that we often bring to our mouths with our fingers... this scent partially spoils the otherwise extraordinary culinary work. I enjoy the scent first... and it's a shame... not a disaster, but... :( Perhaps offer a second, unscented soap option... ;)
