The meal is generous, the side dishes are very good, but unfortunately, the chicken and turkey could use a little more seasoning. The atmosphere is festive, and the musicians are excellent. 11/05/2026: Disappointing compared to my expectations. €25 for a few overcooked pieces of meat and rather bland side dishes. We didn't even want dessert; it's the first time I've ever had indigestion before even finishing a meal. It's a shame because the setting and atmosphere were pleasant, despite the advertised live music that only lasted a few moments. What a pity...

08/05/2026: We ordered a pizza. The pizza was lower quality than usual. The wait was an hour. Wondering what was going on, we decided to call the pizzeria, who told us, "You're the problem, all of you ordering at the same time." Furthermore, they hung up on us three times while we were talking. I'd never had a bad experience before, but when you run a restaurant, you also have to manage your customers, which wasn't the case here. If you can't manage that, you shouldn't be open on busy nights. I don't recommend it.

05/05/2026: Excellent bistro if you like a "very noisy bistro" atmosphere! The restaurant wasn't full inside on Saturday at lunchtime, and we couldn't hear ourselves speak. We were so eager to leave that we had to go eat dessert elsewhere. The food is very good. The prices are a bit touristy (it's on Place Wilson): half a duck breast is €31, for example. Imagine the price of a whole one! You'd be better off going to J'Go across from the Victor Hugo market (same owner, if we're not mistaken). In short, if you find yourself having a quiet lunch and have nothing to talk about, go for it! We'll be back when they install acoustic panels on the ceiling!!

03/05/2026: The food was very good, the welcome and service were friendly, but it was extremely noisy; impossible to hear each other, it was exhausting and ruined the experience.

14/04/2026: I'd heard about this restaurant and I had to try it. I'm delighted! We opted for the duck breast and the veal chop with morels, and it was fabulous. We also couldn't resist a dessert from a local pastry shop, which was equally incredible. We'll be back to try the fish, which seems to be their specialty... Excellent service, retro atmosphere, beautiful dining room...

12/05/2026: I'm a student. I was in Toulouse for work. After hearing about Le Monica restaurant for a long time, I went to eat there today and it was delicious! The staff was very friendly. I ordered butter chicken, naan, and chicken biryani, and I can still taste them. Plus, the prices were very reasonable. I'll definitely go back with friends.

A big mouth with a heart of gold, and plates as generous as his punchlines. I laughed, I ate, I even had seconds of dessert (for fear he'd scold me). I highly recommend it!”

26/05/2026: Caesar salad: a disgrace! The chicken wasn't breaded; it was just pre-packaged chicken ham. The croutons were from a supermarket bag, and the dressing was the same pre-made kind. The tiramisu came in a plastic container, and the biscuit was very dry. The bread was brought to me without any mention of the extra charge; I only found out when I paid the bill. Apparently, you're only supposed to order the pizza. And the owner had a terrible face... So, really not great... what a shame.

15/05/2026: Ten years of a warm welcome, delicious pizzas, and remarkable friendliness. It's important to book in advance to get a table, otherwise it's takeaway only ;-)

23/03/2026: Small delicatessen with Spanish products. You can buy ingredients to cook your own meals, or grab sandwiches to eat right away. Friendly staff, wide selection of products. Paid parking available nearby.
