11/07/2025: We placed an order at the Drive Thru for home delivery. The message announced a delivery, even though it hadn't been made. Two days later, our order was refilled, but many of the items we paid for were missing, such as "1 kilo of salmon, meat, etc." We were devastated, and despite the "correction," we were devastated again.

01/09/2026: We had lunch at the Subway in Balma Gramont, inside the Auchan shopping center in Toulouse. The two Black women there are always so friendly. The food is excellent. The counter is clean, and the vegetables are fresh and crisp. However, today I found the attitude of the only man present, along with the women, very disappointing. There was an oven malfunction that delayed two men ahead of us and us (two women). For some reason, for the same problem and the same wait, the Subway employee gave the two men ahead of us a 50% discount, while we only got 30% off, despite the same long wait. Maybe he had some friends... Anyway, I hate this kind of attitude.

15/04/2026: I bought a caramel pork dish, and there were no allergen warnings on any of their products. I ate two bites, which were good, but being allergic to sesame, I had to urgently request an antihistamine at the clinic where my partner is in palliative care. I told them the next day that it was dangerous, and they replied that they had already had problems with allergies and that they could simply tick the label... no compensation whatsoever, and the risk of a more serious case involving a child or someone else, but they don't care... It's a shame because the products themselves are good...

06/10/2025: Hello everyone! I love pho soup, and whenever I have the chance, I go out for it. I'm currently traveling in Toulouse. I saw this restaurant online, despite the mixed reviews. I like to form my own opinion. First of all, if the waitress had been a little more friendly, it would have been much more pleasant. I ordered pork spring rolls and a bowl of pho as a starter. I was served a large, generously filled bowl, but to my great disappointment, it had no aroma and the first bite was completely tasteless. What a shame. I would have preferred a much smaller bowl, but with much more flavor.

11/08/2026: A handy little bar/tobacconist open from 6 am. Coffee is €1 from 6 am to 9 am, a double is €2, then €1.50. Really cheap. Plus, my friend, the blond waiter, is a master barista, making incredibly cold cocktails in the afternoon. Maybe it's missing some regulars.

04/09/2026: A really cool, long and narrow place with plenty of natural light from the skylight and a large terrace overlooking the walkways. The rock music inside is loud enough to hear each other easily. The service is quick and convenient. The place has a foosball table, but I don't know when it's in use (it was covered at 7:30 pm).

04/09/2026: I was surprised by such a warm welcome, and after reading other reviews, I'm not anymore. This kind of place shouldn't be open, or at least not with such a manager. Keep walking; there are plenty of much better bars in the area.

02/09/2026: I was very disappointed with the service. When I arrived, a man was serving alone. It was busy, so he called for help. A woman (with red hair) came and served me, but she was clearly annoyed because she'd been interrupted mid-conversation. The entire experience was unpleasant. I asked if they offered student discounts, to which she replied that there was a 25% discount, which turned out to only apply to set menus (she told me this when I paid, not before, even though I asked). She then asked if I wanted to eat in. I said I'd get it to go and eat part of it there since I didn't have time to finish it all, to which she mumbled, "You'll have to decide." Decide on what exactly? She didn't even put the sandwich down; she practically threw it at me. I ended up wishing her a good day out of respect, but received no response. I will never go back. Train your staff!

19/08/2026: First, I'd like to mention the warm welcome and kindness of the saleswoman. Secondly, I must admit that our two slices of vanilla flan were truly disappointing in both taste and texture. They were far too sweet, too creamy, and too pasty. Disgusting, I'm sorry to say. We didn't finish them. I'm disappointed. I would have been better off ordering a pain au chocolat to try.
