06/10/2025: Francis and Albane ran this restaurant for a good twenty years. A magnificent, organic restaurant, very popular. The story of a lifetime. Bought by the Chapelier brothers, who closed it after eight months and sold it for a Chinese restaurant. A disaster. A financial operation?

29/06/2026: Meh, I don't know if the management has changed, but the wait was long, the service was terrible, €10 for a cocktail served in a tiny wine glass—frankly awful. We went to eat somewhere else next door and we won't be repeating such a bad experience. The Wallace has changed a lot, which is a shame.

22/07/2026: I have fond memories of this bar, but unfortunately, I have a different impression. Be careful if you park your car in front of the establishment; the manager, the bouncer... or at least whoever's drilling holes is like a sheriff on Wednesdays, and not very friendly. Okay, he wanted to save the spot for someone behind me, but you can express yourself politely instead of telling people to get lost and that they have no business being there. Maybe it's pleasant at night, but apparently not during the day... I don't even want to imagine the walls drilled with that kind of aggression. We'll blame it on the heatwave, but next time, put down the drill and be polite.

12/04/2026: We came for drinks with friends, but were repeatedly disturbed by the waitresses who acted like vultures, jumping onto our table as soon as we'd finished our last sip to grab our glasses. This happened multiple times, even though there were no other customers and therefore no need to collect each glass instantly.

09/05/2026: I'm never setting foot in that place again. They serve you well at first, but a month later you're served less than 50g of meat. Avoid at all costs; they're disrespectful. And they don't speak French.

07/05/2026: So what can I say? I ordered a mixed plate for €19, and with a drink it came to €20.50. Very disappointed. I shouldn't act shocked, I tell myself it's fast food, but still... The meat wasn't bad, to be honest, but that's all I ate. The rice is reheated again and again, so basically the rice they serve you is already in a plate. They add more to make it full and reheat it all in that plate each time, with the leftover rice still in it. So, naturally, the rice was really not great. The fries weren't salty and were soggy. In short, 2 stars for the meat, which wasn't disgusting, but not exceptional either. Also, please, please, use gloves! The hand that takes the money isn't the hand that takes the bread, etc., etc. It doesn't cost anything. Anyway, all this is actually constructive because everyone inside is very friendly and helpful, so no complaints there. It's not a tea room, you come here to eat, not to chat and laugh, and in the end the taste for the price is not there, at least not on this day, courage and strength.

07/04/2026: Very disappointed. I booked a prestige room for €200 with a "king-size bed" (on Booking.com) and ended up with two single beds pushed together. No fridge due to "environmental concerns," and besides, the fridge was very hot and dirty. No bottled water in the rooms, towels too small, it took a long time for the hot water to arrive, quite a bit of dust, and no kettle even though herbal tea and tea were on the courtesy tray. The only positive point was the friendliness of the staff.

03/04/2026: A very good experience at this hotel. After my stay, I realized a week later that I had left my jacket in my room. I contacted them immediately, and they checked and confirmed it was there. They then sent it to me via Chronopost. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism. The welcome was truly fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant, which is very good and offers generous portions.

05/07/2026: They forgot items from my order and refused to give them to me. It's shameful.

29/06/2026: McDonald's is absolutely terrible, slow service, unfriendly staff who don't even care about bad reviews. What the hell is wrong with them?!

05/06/2026: Truly very disappointing since the change of ownership; we're not the first to notice, the cashier told me. The food for a Mother's Day menu was only Novotel-level (minimalist presentation, edible mushrooms, a slice of foie gras with lots of waste... we left without dessert or coffee) for such an iconic Toulouse establishment. The prices are high for such poor food! Avoid this place... cross the street to the Pyrénéen; at least they're a reliable choice, they've managed to improve... perhaps the same will happen one day for the Novotel!

29/05/2026: The starter was original, however, the curried shrimp dish was al dente; I would have preferred it a little longer. The location was excellent, the terrace pleasant, and the staff smiling and friendly.

08/06/2026: Best Korean I had in a long time. Why don’t these guys have a Michelin star already?

03/03/2026: 8.5/10 Amount of food is quite decent. The more spice dishes are a lot better in the flavour department if you are looking for that niche. The staff are friendly and the food came fast. Definitely can recommend this restaurant if you are in the Area and hungry for some Korean food. Would definitely recommend to reserve a table if you arrive around 20:00 since restaurant seating space is limited.

26/06/2026: Great brasserie, the mussels marinière are excellent and very reasonably priced, offering a generous portion! The servers are fantastic!

14/06/2026: Excellent place, the welcome was fantastic, and our waitress Romane gave us great wine recommendations. Very good value for money.

13/01/2026: Very cool service and atmosphere, unfortunately Stade Toulousain lost in Glasgow that day, what a life.

29/03/2026: Well-equipped apartment, good tableware, large and spacious room, fast service, I recommend it.

11/03/2026: I strongly advise against it. The room was outdated, smelled of cigarettes, and the bedding was very uncomfortable.
