Les meilleurs restaurants en Haute-Marne

18/09/2024: 17-09-2024 hebben wij het menu genomen, slechte bediening er is totaal geen vreugde!!!! Het eten was voor die prijs onder de maat!!!! Géén aanrader!!!!

18/09/2024: Ich bewerte sowohl das Hotel als auch das Restaurant: Wir buchten ein Zimmer der einfachsten Kategorie, da es sich nur um ein Stopp Over handelte. Erwartungsgemäß war das Zimmer klein, aber sehr sauber und das großzügige Bad überraschte. Große begehbare Dusche, gutes Licht, großer Waschtisch mit reichlich Ablagefläche, WC separat. Das Frühstück klein und fein in Buffetform. Neben zahlreichen Kuchen und Süßem auch zweierlei Schinken, Käse,gekochtes Ei. Hervorragend das Restaurant. Wir wählten das Menü zu 55 Euro, welches exzellent war. Eine schöne Weinkarte. Ganz außerordentlich freundlicher und guter Service (wohl u.a. die beiden Inhaber), humorvoll, schnell, immer mit einem Lächeln. Die Lage ist gut, mitten in der Altstadt. Das Hotel verfügt auch über eine Garage, 10,00 Euro pro Nacht. Absolut empfehlenswert.

09/11/2023: Following a car breakdown, my assistance put me up for one night in this hotel. I was given the suite, very clean, at first glance nice but no heating (it showed 14°8), I had to ask for an auxiliary radiator. In the second bedroom for children no radiator is provided. The one in the master bedroom should not be covered but if you close the curtains it is behind it and therefore unusable. There is a basket with extra pillows, a good idea in principle but how do you know how long they have been there and if they have not already been used In the morning I had the displeasure of discovering that breakfast had been canceled by my assistance and the way the boss told me this by offering it to me did not make me want to accept, however. I would have greatly appreciated it after spending a good part of the evening... The following night I refused to go back, the bedding was good but that's not everything

31/10/2023: I came to eat lunch with friends at the L'Étoile d'or restaurant, the setting is nice with a very beautiful fireplace at the back of the restaurant. The staff is pleasant and the meal was very good and plentiful. I recommend.

03/04/2026: I recently discovered Rom sauce and honestly, it's a real revelation! 🤩 The texture is perfect, neither too runny nor too thick, and the flavor is incredibly balanced. You can immediately taste the quality of the ingredients: it's flavorful, slightly spicy, and goes with absolutely everything. Whether with fries, a burger, grilled meats, or even in a sandwich, Rom sauce always adds that little something extra that makes all the difference. Since I tried it, it's become a staple in my kitchen. Special mention also goes to the consistency of the taste: every time, the same quality and the same enjoyment. Frankly, it's hard to go back to other sauces after this! I 100% recommend it to all lovers of good sauces. 👌

07/06/2026: A simple but comfortable and clean hotel! The staff are very pleasant, welcoming, and truly dedicated to their guests!

04/06/2026: Great hotel, not too far from the motorway. Very friendly staff. Secure parking next to the hotel. Room sufficiently spacious. Nice that the toilet is separate. Clean room, comfortable bed, soft towels. 2 small remarks: I missed coffee facilities in the room and I am not a fan of the fitted carpet in the room. Worth a return visit.

31/12/2025: Such a warm and welcoming little bar and restaurant... The food is good and plentiful, and the new owner is always very attentive to his customers... I highly recommend this must-visit spot in Langres.

23/08/2025: A warm welcome from the loyal customer, who could be mistaken for the owner (by pointing him out to us), who is also very friendly and welcoming. Admirable, generous food, and the prices are good. A treat.

11/08/2024: Unbeatable value for money. Very beautiful residence. Impeccably clean. Long life to Madame and Monsieur who welcome you remarkably. A very nice stopover or stay due to the proximity of the lake.

30/08/2024: Little is left of the abbey. The chapel at the beginning is open on Sundays, but there is not much to see anymore. It is nice to relax at the lake a little further away.

31/07/2024: Un très bel établissement. Des repas plus qu'abordables et d'une qualité ! Excellent. Repas en terrasse calme et reposante avec une vue magnifique fontaine,bassin,carpes koï et de beaux pigeons. Le serveur est topissime très professionnel. Je recommande et nous reviendrons.

30/06/2024: Resto aussi beau , on a découvert la nouvelle salle car le temps n'était pas au rdv dommage. On y va toujours pour notre anniversaire de rencontre
