09/11/2023: Following a car breakdown, my assistance put me up for one night in this hotel. I was given the suite, very clean, at first glance nice but no heating (it showed 14°8), I had to ask for an auxiliary radiator. In the second bedroom for children no radiator is provided. The one in the master bedroom should not be covered but if you close the curtains it is behind it and therefore unusable. There is a basket with extra pillows, a good idea in principle but how do you know how long they have been there and if they have not already been used In the morning I had the displeasure of discovering that breakfast had been canceled by my assistance and the way the boss told me this by offering it to me did not make me want to accept, however. I would have greatly appreciated it after spending a good part of the evening... The following night I refused to go back, the bedding was good but that's not everything

31/10/2023: I came to eat lunch with friends at the L'Étoile d'or restaurant, the setting is nice with a very beautiful fireplace at the back of the restaurant. The staff is pleasant and the meal was very good and plentiful. I recommend.

31/05/2024: S’appelle maintenant Le Fayl. De plus en plus déçus après trois visites. Ingrédients retirés du Burger pour alléger le prix du menu. Dans ce cas il faut changer le nom du Burger s’il est différent de celui servi à la carte. Une maman qui n’avait pas réservé, arrive après un long périple avec son petit garçon un dimanche midi, la patronne n’a pas daigné lui donner ne serait-ce qu’un cornet de frites. Certes c’était complet, mais la maman voulait juste un petit bout pour son enfant. Choquant. Qualité moindre.

30/08/2024: Little is left of the abbey. The chapel at the beginning is open on Sundays, but there is not much to see anymore. It is nice to relax at the lake a little further away.

31/07/2024: Un très bel établissement. Des repas plus qu'abordables et d'une qualité ! Excellent. Repas en terrasse calme et reposante avec une vue magnifique fontaine,bassin,carpes koï et de beaux pigeons. Le serveur est topissime très professionnel. Je recommande et nous reviendrons.
