07/08/2024: Very varied daily menu of homemade dishes, we enjoy it every time. Very warm welcome, I recommend, don't hesitate, everything is very good from starter to dessert. Stephane Aurore and all his team are friendly and very welcoming.

19/08/2024: I go there regularly, on site or to take away. Never anything to complain about, impeccable service, never forget, the quality is there. When you see the price of all-you-can-eat restaurants, you might as well go here.

24/09/2024: Beautiful building that's all, mediocre room, no bulb in the bedside lamps! Dirty carpet in the hallway. Poor breakfast. And no luck, mess all night inside as well as in front of the front door with alcoholics, couldn't sleep.... the cigarette smoke from the people who smoked all night in the corridors entered the room from which the door had a gap of 1 cm! The person at reception who was the boss didn't say anything until midnight that he was there and then worse of course, no apology or commercial gesture in the morning, we will never go back there and I don't recommend it.

17/09/2024: arrival without reservation, decent welcome, very clean rooms and bathrooms but with a slightly dated decor and no bed cover or curtains, Indian evening meal on site, very decent breakfast

07/09/2024: Not warm welcome. Unpleasant boss with his employees. Fortunately there is a young waitress who is friendly and knows her menu. Plate not representative of the photos that we were able to see on Google... The plate, some fries and 2 small pieces of meat, there is at least a minimum in presentation, very fatty meat cooking sauce, no sauce to accompany. No atmosphere...

23/08/2024: Stay away, don't eat vegetables from the oven that have been left in there for hours, and eat meat moderately. Main course only €16.5. After having lunch in France more than 1000 times. Never had such a bad meal before. Shame.

19/12/2024: Very good snack, every time I do the Strasbourg - Troyes route, the stop is obligatory. For years I have been passing through St Dizier and the stop at l'irresistible is a must to calm your cravings. It outperforms its competitors who have either closed or declined in quality

The best Japanese/Chinese restaurant in the department or for sure in the region, not to mention that even almost everywhere in France or even outside the country we have never managed to find equal or better. Affordable prices with great bites. Prices which have never increased too much since inflation and above all a quantity which has never decreased, not like some who have reduced their quantity and increased their prices... Quality and very fresh food you can go there with your eyes closed. A welcome always with a smile and a manager who knows how to reward her loyal customers. Thank you for your cooking, we are addicted to it.

09/11/2023: Following a car breakdown, my assistance put me up for one night in this hotel. I was given the suite, very clean, at first glance nice but no heating (it showed 14°8), I had to ask for an auxiliary radiator. In the second bedroom for children no radiator is provided. The one in the master bedroom should not be covered but if you close the curtains it is behind it and therefore unusable. There is a basket with extra pillows, a good idea in principle but how do you know how long they have been there and if they have not already been used In the morning I had the displeasure of discovering that breakfast had been canceled by my assistance and the way the boss told me this by offering it to me did not make me want to accept, however. I would have greatly appreciated it after spending a good part of the evening... The following night I refused to go back, the bedding was good but that's not everything

31/10/2023: I came to eat lunch with friends at the L'Étoile d'or restaurant, the setting is nice with a very beautiful fireplace at the back of the restaurant. The staff is pleasant and the meal was very good and plentiful. I recommend.

21/09/2024: New to the area, my boyfriend and I were looking for a restaurant for Sunday lunch. So we came to Le Palmier where the food was good, a warm atmosphere and efficient service. However, there are plenty of frozen desserts

17/08/2024: A very friendly owner and waitress who accepted us just before closing time and who served us very good dishes (rib steak with Langres cheese and tagliatelle carbonara). They also brought a bowl of water for our dog, and the prices were far from excessive. Thank you so much
