30/03/2026: We had our evening meal there. The place offered a restaurant.

14/03/2026: Stoped en route to alps, easy parking, late check in and we were given a code, and the lady waited for us. Room was clean, comfortable bed, furniture and fittings (bathroom) a bit dated but all worked and was warm. Lovely old town with lots of nice shops and eateries. This is our second visit and we will return Family of three adults For a two star hotel this was perfect

29/04/2026: I was very disappointed with my stay. The restaurant stops taking orders at 8:30 pm, which is incomprehensible for a hotel supposedly catering to travelers. There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, which makes working or even simply accessing the internet extremely difficult. The rooms are really small, far below expectations. Frankly, avoid this place.

25/04/2026: We booked a table at this restaurant and received a very warm welcome. The table was beautifully set, the atmosphere pleasant, and the staff particularly attentive and caring throughout the meal. The dishes were delicious, well-presented, and of high quality. As a dietician, I would like to make one small observation: the lack of vegetables on some dishes surprised me. There were no vegetables served with the steak tartare or the burger, and only a small portion with the duck à l'orange. This is a shame, because even in high-quality establishments, a balanced meal is essential—vegetables should ideally play a more prominent role. Despite this, we had a very enjoyable time, and the food was still excellent.

09/07/2026: I came for lunch today, we were welcomed like royalty, the service was excellent, the waitresses were attentive and caring towards the customers – it was a pleasure to see – and the food was delicious.

13/07/2026: We booked the restaurant in the afternoon for 8:45 pm. When we arrived, having mentioned our reservation, the waitresses had just accepted a group of two people who were only there for drinks. They asked them to leave so we could have the table. There were seven of us at a table for six. We were given one drinks menu for seven people. When the drinks arrived, the waitress accidentally spilled several drinks on two people in our group. We expected some kind of compensation (at least a free cocktail), but nothing. We also waited an hour before we could order our food. The value for money is also questionable. However, I still want to remain objective and add that the view of the lake was very pleasant, and dogs are allowed.

01/03/2026: Beautiful location and garden! Room a bit dark. Attentive service, but not up to 1-star standards. The "I understand you" dinner was disappointing. Very complicated, lots of aspic, and the mackerel and squab choices were unconvincing. Only the dessert was excellent! Not good value for money...

31/05/2026: Too bad for Romain, but his waitress Sylvie (the most senior one) is out of her depth; restaurant service isn't her forte. She's all talk and no action, making comments the customers shouldn't have to hear. At this rate, the customers will stop coming to the restaurant.

27/07/2026: We came here four years ago and at the time it was so-so... but since then, there's been a change in management and tonight we had a very good meal. The service was excellent (thank you Abdel for his smile and his quick responses to every request). The terrace is pleasant despite the restaurant being located in a commercial area. The prices are reasonable.

06/08/2026: So, where to begin? 😅 First, we ordered beers. One arrived flat, probably from the end of the keg or the beginning, not a big deal in itself. Except that when we mentioned it to the waitress, she sent the manager over, who did nothing. He told us he'd come back, but he was busy taking orders from the people next to us and completely ignoring us. So my partner went to the bar directly to explain our problem. He encountered a very unpleasant man who was incredibly rude to him, even though all we asked was for them to replace the beers (we'd only taken a sip) or not charge us. After getting a little angry, they finally replaced them, but the man was really very rude to him. As for the meal: nothing to complain about, very good. We ate very well; it was so generous that I only ate half of my plate. This is where things get interesting 😅 I asked to take the rest of my meal home because I still had plenty of smoked ham and potatoes left, enough for a second helping. The waitress told me she couldn't do it, no problem, she was going to bring me a container. Meanwhile, her colleague came to take my plate, and I told him I wanted to take what was on it. He assured me there was no problem. Except that 5 minutes later, he came back to me and said the dishwasher had thrown away the rest of my plate. Again, nothing serious, but for a €20 meal, I would have liked to have been able to get the rest back, or at least receive some kind of compensation considering all the mistakes they've made from the start. But nothing of the sort. They're not at all customer-oriented in our opinion. Making mistakes isn't the issue, but they should at least own up to them and correct them when possible. It's a shame, the food was very good, but we won't be going back.

13/07/2026: The sandwiches themselves were quite good, no complaints. However, the service left much to be desired. With an order nearing €200, they forgot one sandwich but refused to come and collect it. Their response: "Just come and get it!" Then they hung up on me. I find this extremely unprofessional.
