06/04/2026: The place is really nice, the food is so delicious, the service is fabulous and fast, the atmosphere was great, it is definitely a good place.

25/03/2026: Great vibe here for a post-ski hang. The service was a bit on the slower side, though it was a busy night, but we were far from the only table experiencing some long waits even for drinks. They were very kind, though, and the food (a burger and fish and chips) were both solid (not excellent, but certainly good enough). By Chamonix standards, the prices were decent, and it worth a visit.

23/03/2026: Nothing Canadian about this pub!the service was terrible, our waitress seemed very angry also very rude , our drinks where done and almost 45 minutes went by and no one came to take our food order, the place was empty. I can’t comment on the food we never got served!! 3-4 employees all walking around aimlessly, never going back. Pick any other place but here

30/03/2026: I really enjoyed the gym, which was very well-equipped with modern machines. The hammam, swimming pool, and outdoor sauna are truly amazing. The option to enjoy organic tea or herbal infusions in the wellness area is also a lovely touch. Negative points: the parking is expensive (€30), despite the sign. The mention of 'parking' is misleading. Also, be aware of the tourist tax and pay close attention to the time slots for the wellness area.

28/03/2026: The Hotel is in a great location with a short walk to the town centre, a 5min walk to the bus station making it easy to reach various mountains for skiing. The staff were friendly and professional and aimed to make sure you had a pleasant stay. The Rooms were well sized, with comfortable beds, place to dry your jackets etc. with a modern Chalet feel. The balcony was a a great plus! The Boot Room was a comfortable size with each room receiving a locker that could house two adult sets of skis, boots and poles. Breakfast was well varried with many options for you to choose from. Some warm vegetarian options could be a consideration but on the whole was really good. The lounge was a nice place to be by the fire and again the staff were very attentive. There are games for adults and children alike to enjoy. The complaint we had was the 30€ per night charge for parking our car which we found to be excessive. We are already paying guests and to pay an additional 150€ for staying five nights should be reconsidered. It is the only thing that puts us off as we enjoy driving.

16/04/2026: At first glance you wonder where you're going to end up at the bottom of the stairs, and in the end a pleasant surprise, a nice quiet place, and the food isn't bad for a reasonable price.

07/04/2026: Will not return to our being wrong on there before. Confrontation in front of customers. Extremely upsetting and disappointing after visiting previously. Complete disappointment would avoid.

06/04/2026: We were disappointed because we trusted the positive reviews, but we had to admit that the pizzas served didn't live up to expectations: a very (too) large selection of pizzas, served in barely 5 minutes and therefore undercooked, with tasteless ingredients… As for the overall atmosphere, a little music to warm things up would have been preferable. The service, however, was pleasant.

16/02/2026: I visited here to get some to-go because I heard it was delicious! The staff were so friendly and greeted me in Korean, which was so nice! ☺️ The pizza was delicious, and the dough was so chewy! I happily ordered some to-go and enjoyed it at my hotel! I highly recommend this place💕

21/04/2026: It looks appetizing, but you're quickly disappointed by the lack of freshness. Look at the flan with its dry, yellowish edges... the caramel mille-feuille with cracks indicating it was made 1 to 2 days ago... and the tartlet fillings with a distinctly refrigerator taste. A real disappointment and a lack of respect considering the rating... One star out of politeness and a lack of respect for the predominantly foreign clientele, especially this time of year... and no response from the shopkeeper to date. This shopkeeper thrives on tourist traffic at the expense of quality and freshness... and even though you leave a review, the owners seem unconcerned.

23/02/2026: Amazing food, great interiors! Not very happy with the service though, it is a big and busy place but the service definitely has to be of a certain standard (which does not include loooong waits and asking for something 2-3 times). Also, although we attended the first serving of 19.00 and were on time, when we ordered about 45-50’ later, a couple of dishes were finished.
