25/07/2026: I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately we had a very bad experience. We came here to try escargots and ordered 6 piece to start and my husband ordered the fish dish and I ordered the lamb. Unfortunately our appetizer came out with my husbands dinner dish, so by the time we were done with the escargots (which were delicious) his fish was cold. My meal had still not come out when my server came to clear my husbands empty dinner plate and the appetizer. Then when I asked I was told my lamb would talk another 15 minutes. The server said she would compensate 2 drinks for us while we waited for my dish. I ended up getting my meal 30+ minutes after my husband. Honestly for how expensive the restaurant is I would expect way better organization and service. Finally we get the bill and we were charged for the drinks that she said we would be compensated for for the 30 minute delay! Overall very disappointed

11/07/2026: The food here is very good however it is quite expensive, but this location is only accessible by gondola so it is understandable. The main draw of this restaurant is the incredible view and it really is worth it. There are no toilets here if you want to hike down be sure to go to the toilet before you go across the gondola.

16/07/2026: The terrace is perfect for a late lunch around 2:00 PM after a hike in the sunshine ☀️☀️. The service and food were excellent and in line with the menu and the restaurant/bar style. The burgers, fries, and salad were all very good. The service was friendly, pleasant, professional, quick, and efficient. Based on this experience, we highly recommend this establishment.

25/07/2026: Truly artisan bakery with a wide selection that will please everyone in your party, from grand parents to children 😁 Only downside is making a decision on what to order :) Highly recommend the Tartine and Eggs, a bit more than I needed for breakfast but well worth it 👌

21/07/2026: I had a good meal and I have to say that the staff were very kind, helpful and professional. Unfortunately, however, the experience was seriously ruined by the owner’s behaviour. During our time at the venue, he appeared behind the counter barefoot and in a condition that, in my opinion, did not give a professional impression or show much attention to hygiene. We also got the impression that he had been drinking. What struck us most was a scene we witnessed: a young man had come in to ask for a job, and the owner seemed to have given him an opportunity. Shortly afterwards, however, while talking and joking with some friends, we overheard comments about how he would make the young man “regret being born” in the days to come and that he would make him clean all the basements and carry out heavy work.

05/07/2026: Sunday lunch at 6 a.m. Polite but somewhat impersonal welcome and service. We ordered the daily specials with the salad/cheese buffet. Very good and reasonably priced for the location.

23/06/2026: We sat down on a whim. We had a panachée and French fries. Those fries were good!! Best fries I ever had — I am not kidding. So I decided to leave a review.

12/07/2026: Cute cafe and nice benches to sit at but the food was somewhat disappointing. The veggie burrito was very tasty but a little small for the price. Also ordered an extremely disappointing smoothie that was just a blended banana and milk with a very thin consistency for €6 (compared with the hot drinks on the menu that came out looking quite good) the smoothie was way overpriced for what is was and just quite sad.
