01/04/2024: We tried this place as we improvised a dinner after some drinks in the center of Chamonix and to be honest we were quite dissapointed in general. We only ordered the hot plate that came with three different kinds of meat (beef, chicken and duck) and to begin with, we didnt really feel as the quality, the cuts and the quantities were the best. We also felt as if the stone were you cook the food didnt get hot enough and the food took ages to cook plus it the end product wasnt good. Maybe we are used to something else but it just didnt feel right. As sides it came with potatoes and salad which were the best part of it. The service was good in general. The price was a bit expensive taking into account what we experienced. Its not a complete no for me but there are defenitely better places in Chamonix nearby.

10/05/2024: Overrated place but which will surely appeal to influencers who attach more importance to the photo to be taken for social networks than to the quality of the dishes. The prices are way too high for the quality offered. Average and expeditious service.

08/05/2024: Possibility of gluten-free pizza, it's so rare! Thank you very much, it's been a long time since I was able to eat it in a restaurant. And what's more, she was good! Fast and professional service. We will return!

01/04/2024: Some of these dishes were really excellent - eg the mushroom/ the shrimp/ the squid/ the cod/ chicken ; while a couple ( we had 10 between us) were disappointing eg the beef spring rolls ( tasteless mince filling) and the “ bacon and egg bao buns ( excellent bun , filling tough). Great atmosphere, staff excellent. Will definitely be back and now we know what to order!

01/04/2024: Great address to which we came several times and were very satisfied. However, the return was mixed this Monday, April 1st because the coffee was cold and the muffins were not fresh (without this being reported) - we will try again all the same.

14/12/2023: Love this place. The golf course itself is good but I imagine rounds can be slow at peak times with lots of four balls. The driving range is good. The surroundings though make this a magical venue! Staff in the pro shop are very friendly too.

15/10/2023: Had a wonderful experience at the golf club amongst the stunning scenery. We highly recommend our instructor Clothilde Weyrich for her inpeccable guidance and professional instruction. We will be back for sure!! 😊

03/04/2024: Sweet, small and cute patisserie on the edge of the center. Great sandwich eaten and of course something sweet couldn't be missed when you saw this in the shop window. I can recommend it to everyone, I would even say this address is a must if you are in Chamonix.

24/03/2024: This place used to be much better before. We got for breakfast frozen (literally they just got it from street truck) pain aux raisins and when I asked to warm it - lady rudely told me it should be like. Finally we got charcoal after warming. Not mentioning they claimed to open at 7:30, but 7:45 was telling us they are still busy getting the pains from delivery. Not French taste at all.

16/03/2024: Nice local pâtisserie, very central, spacious and bright. Their MontBlanc cake is my favourite.

11/05/2024: After a strenuous hike, whether it's a brief jaunt or a lengthy trek, with kids in tow or solo, you'd naturally expect to find a spot on the trail where you can grab a bite or a drink. But forget that at this place—every table is booked! Can you believe you actually need reservations for a table on a hiking trail? I've visited twice, each time about a half-hour apart, only to find the "reserved" tables perpetually unoccupied. This establishment clearly doesn't value its customers. Your hard-earned money is better spent elsewhere, at a place that genuinely appreciates its patrons.

10/02/2024: A chalet in the middle of the mountain. A meal or a piece of cake that is worth it in view of its accessibility after a great climb. Everything is homemade. A tart tatin as thick as ever. A chocolate cake like you rarely find, generous and served with vanilla bean custard. The delicacies have all the more flavor when you learn that each raw food item is carried on the back of a man. An ascent to absolutely do both for the pleasure of walking and this invitation to take a break. Thank you for offering something so good and well done in this atypical and isolated place.

12/05/2024: Very good meal, very good Savoyard specialties, the only downside was the reception at the entrance was very cold and the welcome is different depending on the customer's mood. Be patient when you want to eat there because the wait is very long, we waited 1 hour before being able to get a table

12/05/2024: I had the tomato and burrata salad as a starter, pretty good, very good burrata, tomatoes not much flavor but it doesn't matter. Very good main course: whole trout and vegetables and my companion a burger which was very good. And a chicken and vegetable dish for children, simple, nothing more, I think it was missing some starchy foods. We will try other dishes on the menu next time I think.

31/03/2024: Amazing pizza, fast service, even when it was super busy. Also, for Chamonix, very fair price. Although it was a little packed in the restaurant, we still found a seat and got to enjoy the vibe which was quite hectic. Recommend if you're looking for a great selection of expertly made pizzas in Cham.

18/04/2024: This place is very good. The people who work here are so good at what they do. Very professional and polite. The service was quick. I chose to have a classic burger which was a good price not expensive and wow I can honestly say it was the best burger I have had in such a long long time. It was hot, fresh and delicious I really enjoyed it. We are from the UK, only staying for 4 days but I will make sure I return to Evolution 1904 to eat here again. Thanks Guys 10 out of 10 Returned Here today Thursday 18th as promised And yet again great service and amazing food at a very good price highly recommended this really nice place 👍👍
