26/05/2026: The chicken skewers were too dry, and the spring rolls were a joke. Plus, you have to wait quite a while for the food to be replenished, even though it wasn't crowded. I don't recommend it. As of May 2026, things have improved; the young waiter just needs to wear a hairnet or get a haircut for hygiene reasons.

04/12/2025: Beware of the extra charge for appetizers; the bill is higher than the number of drinks served, especially for groups of six or more. This isn't a mistake, but a deliberate practice, reported by several colleagues over several days. The meal itself, however, is good.

20/05/2026: Good selection at the appetizer and dessert buffet. The service is excellent; my lamb shank wasn't piping hot enough… don't hesitate to mention any issues, they'll take immediate action! The team is dedicated and very friendly, with a very conscientious manager!

01/05/2026: We made a reservation the day before, requesting a quiet spot with minimal foot traffic, although I know restaurants aren't always silent. This is for health reasons; we need to live and enjoy ourselves despite everything. We were given a table next to the buffet in a room with two large tables of extremely noisy people having lunch. We couldn't hear ourselves speak. We had no choice; the receptionist was really unfriendly. However, our waitress was incredibly kind. I think the head waitress would do well to take note. The food was extremely greasy, requiring a napkin to mop up. Have a good day.

01/01/2026: We spent New Year's Eve there. The festive buffet and meal were very good, the welcome and service were excellent and professional... truly very good. The only downside: the music. Fortunately, there was some "old-school" music, but unfortunately, too much thumping bass... The DJ seemed happy, bouncing around at his consoles, but I think it was too frequent and ill-suited to the more mature clientele!

28/05/2026: The welcome, reception, and service were disappointing. It's a shame, because the setting is magnificent. But when you're a professional, you shouldn't judge a hotel by just a pretty picture.

10/04/2026: I can't even rate the food; the manager is completely clueless! The reason: One evening, they found themselves with only a team of beginners or trainees! After a 45-minute wait, I saw only takeout orders being prepared. There was no one at the register, so I asked for a refund to leave! (Others left without asking for a refund!) I have no anger towards the staff because the poor manager did what he could and was on the verge of a breakdown! However, the person who runs this fast food restaurant (and I hope it's not him) really needs to do something about it 🫤. This isn't the first time I've stopped there, and it's nowhere near McDonald's standards 🤔😔

09/04/2026: We arrived at the drive-thru at 8:15 PM, and by 8:50 PM we were stuck in the middle of it without even having paid! We managed to get out through a small hole on the side. I absolutely do not recommend this place if you're looking for a quick meal! I gave it one star just to leave a review, but it deserves zero!

26/01/2026: Arriving around 12:45, the restaurant wasn't full at all. We were refused a table, so Mappi found us another brasserie less than a kilometer away that generously welcomed us. Too bad... I never said I came on a weekend; it's just that the way you told us it was full made me understand we were inconveniencing you, not being a regular customer. Other establishments ask customers to wait a while at the bar, which is much more customer-friendly, and I know this business well enough to know. So this isn't a message posted just like that; I prefer to speak to you directly, but apparently we were causing a disturbance. So...

20/08/2025: Chez Boulette restaurant is now just a relic of its glory days! Very disappointed by this meal, with canned tabbouleh, very greasy pasta carbonara and to top it off, an inedible 3-day-old strawberry tart... only go there for a drink.

04/04/2026: Arrived for lunch at 12:30 on Friday, April 3, 2023, and was told it wouldn't be possible, even though there was a free table. Perhaps it was a reserved table, but this wasn't indicated to us. It's a shame, as the place seemed nice. The welcome was cold.

23/04/2026: Quite disappointed, the meal was very average: a meager slice of toasted white bread with a small piece of goat cheese on top and two lettuce leaves. The hot dish included a very good stuffed veal roll, but unfortunately, the spaghetti was more like soup pasta with a tiny bit of Gruyère cheese on top – very stingy. Quite disappointing. It's a real shame because the place is very welcoming and parking is easy for trucks.
