14/09/2024: Nicht nur wer Käse liebt, sollte hier auf jeden Fall vorbeischauen. Wir hatten an einem "reinen Raclette-Abend" gebucht und haben uns für die vegetarische Version entschieden. Vorweg gab es dazu einen sehr gut angemachten Salat sowie Süßkartoffel-Pommes. Das Raclette bot 5 verschiedene Käse, Datteln, getrocknete Pfirsiche, Nüsse, Gurken, Kartoffeln etc. Uns hat es hervorragend geschmeckt. Die Portion ist ausreichend groß - in der Regel schafft man es nicht, alles zu essen und kann die Reste dann mitnehmen. Z.B. wenn man noch Platz für den Nachtisch braucht. Das Restaurant selbst ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Inhaber bedient selbst mit außergewöhnlicher Schnelligkeit (hervorragend organisiert) und ist trotzdem zu 100% freundlich, geduldig und zuvorkommend. Der Besuch hat uns auch deswegen großen Spaß bereitet. Hier ist jemand mit Perfektion und Leidenschaft unterwegs - einfach nur toll und eine 100%-Empfehlung. (Reservierung notwendig)

17/09/2024: Very beautiful surroundings, the road to it is already beautiful, with hairpin bends but not a narrow road. P place is very large, and free if you go with the gondola. A short walk to the lake and possibly also along the lake. Very beautiful, but many rock paths.

17/09/2024: Very beautiful place to recharge your batteries and enjoy nature, for the brave you have to climb hard😁otherwise there are cabins, but it's really worth going there. There is ample parking at the entrance and dogs are allowed.

28/09/2024: This isn't the first restaurant we've done with my husband. But it is by far the best of cauterets! Certainly not very big but really not disappointed. The boss can be proud. We ordered homemade sangria, then a nice little raclette. What to say? Just exquisite!!! All products are quality. The cheese (I'm a fan) .....killer! We enjoyed ourselves. Regarding the staff, they are welcoming and attentive. They came to see us several times to see if everything was okay. This is the first time I see such friendly staff with these customers. I recommend +++++! Thank you.

08/09/2024: Disastrous experience at the Brasero What a disappointment when arriving at Brasero for a lunch with friends! There were 12 of us, ready to enjoy a good meal after a morning in the mountains, but we were simply refused on the pretext that the restaurant does not take groups of more than 8 people. What is particularly incomprehensible is that the restaurant was practically empty. The reception, cold and without the slightest consideration for our situation, revealed an obvious lack of professionalism. Turning away customers in an almost deserted restaurant borders on absurdity. This total lack of flexibility and commercial spirit is unacceptable. I strongly advise against it, unless you like establishments where the customer is clearly perceived as a nuisance.

17/10/2024: Cadre très sympa. Burger très bon et copieux. Très bon plat du jour également. Juste un peu froid demandé de réchauffer l’assiette (ce qui a été fait). Amabilité de la serveuse : juste le minimum … Dommage

06/10/2024: Cadre idéal, en face de l'ancien Casino, le service chaleureux, plats très bon et adaptés aux enfant. Il y a beaucoup de jeux à côtés, super pour les enfants !

22/10/2024: We have spent a few days in this beautiful hotel and without a doubt we will repeat. The room had everything we needed, respecting the traditional style of the area. The staff was always attentive to the needs of all guests. A special mention I would like to give to Amber and Mathias, who made this trip an incredible experience. Totally recommended.
