21/05/2024: Parking is paid and there are people: you might as well take advantage of hiking during the day.
That said, the waterfalls are impressive, and there are several hikes to do.

The cuisine combines tradition and modernity, with original proposals and careful presentation. Congratulations to the team behind the scenes, who we can guess are passionate. It is now an obligatory stop on each of our visits to Cauterets. If you have to choose just one, this is the shelter you should head to.
01/04/2024: Very nice discovery. Impeccable service, calm and pleasant atmosphere.
The site is remarkable, at the foot of the waterfalls. I recommend and we will come back.

05/06/2024: Restaurant at first glance rather simple, however excellent and tasty dishes for what we ate: pizza, panacotta, tiramisu. It is surely a must-see in Cauterets. In addition, it was one of the few restaurants open at the end of May.
02/06/2024: We called on a Saturday night and it was fully booked so we returned on Sunday. Very good food and service. Large portions, no room for dessert. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

19/03/2024: We spent the weekend in this charming hotel with typical mountain decoration, welcoming, a good continental breakfast, our spacious room with balcony overlooking the square, very clean. Good welcome and reasonable price in high season. We validate.

19/05/2024: I came with a friend, we had a rather nice meal with belly 2 eggs salad cheese fries the very large and well garnished plate. The young waiter is very friendly. I recommend as a couple with friends or family. To have a good time with a setting of mountains and greenery which surrounds this friendly chalet.
12/05/2024: A good memory, from the era of blueberry burgers. We tried the experience again, arriving at 12:45 p.m. leaving the table at 3 p.m. Just for two drinks and two dishes, we were not offered the dessert menu for our part

03/04/2024: Delicious homemade crepes, charming place, very mountain-like, with a very attentive lady who attended to us. I went two days in a row because I liked it so much. Both the crepes and the menu of the day, everything was very delicious and with good portions.
26/03/2024: The crepes, both sweet and savory, are very tasty... and the DIABOLO drinks are a must try :)
