21/07/2026: The food was excellent, the restaurant was truly welcoming, and the staff and owners were very friendly! In fact, there are only positive reviews, only one from Lisa Martinez. Before leaving a bad review, take a look at your agency, which is pathetic and discriminatory. Your agency doesn't even come close to this wonderful restaurant! I highly recommend this restaurant, which is also very well located.

12/07/2026: A very nice little restaurant with friendly staff. Great location with a lovely little terrace. We had a very good meal. A slight disappointment with the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee), which was very expensive for the quality. It didn't match the photo. The desserts were warm. A shame. But we'll be back.

04/07/2026: The food is absolutely fantastic, no question about it! The only downside is the service; you get the feeling you're bothering them. They lack organization. Delivery is a major issue, as it always shows as "closed" or "busy," whether on Uber Eats or Deliveroo, making it inaccessible. But honestly, the food is delicious. However, the chicken isn't exactly top quality. These aren't criticisms, but rather points for improvement, as good restaurants are rare in Béziers, especially for those of island origin.

12/06/2026: Splendid, just as it was when I first discovered it over 40 years ago. However, given the spacing between the seats, I endured torture during the presentation of next season's program. And I can't imagine suffering the discomfort for this overly enticing new season. I want to believe that someone will have the audacity and the will to transform it into a theater where one sits comfortably while respecting its original character. I hope that our political and cultural leaders will respect the average size of the current population so as not to discourage young people from this precious asset that is culture, theater, music, and so on. If the city of Béziers is once again beautiful and attractive, would it be possible to sit properly in its splendid theater?
