11/03/2026: I ate Le Pave de saumon here today. It was absolutely delicious! The vegetables and fries were top-notch. The salmon with its crispy skin was divine! This will be my favorite restaurant when I'm in town. The saying "Eat like a king in France" really applies here. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

31/12/2025: A nice place, very well located for a coffee break or other drinks. A minor drawback is the crepes and waffles, but everything else is very good. The staff are pleasant, helpful, and smiling, and that's the most important thing!

The pastries are excellent, but the saleswoman either felt like she was bothering us (December 2025) or made mistakes with the products (January 2026).

11/03/2026: Although the hotel was undergoing renovations, we had a quiet night.
Breakfast was plentiful, especially with its excellent cheeses.
Parking was easy and reasonably priced.
27/02/2026: Pleasant, right in the city center, just a short walk to explore Béziers.
The service was top-notch, the room was spotless, nothing to complain about, always excellent, a regular at the Mercure Béziers.

07/12/2025: Horrible, avoid at all costs! After eating at this restaurant, I was sick all night and even vomited. Furthermore, the food wasn't good at all; it was served cold after 40 minutes, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant.

23/03/2026: €40 for 3 pizzas, first time... we're all sick... No, no, and no, I didn't want to trust the reviews, but it's true. Pizza King's crust isn't cooked, Mario's is seriously not good... And I just came from Marseille... They really need to rethink their Italian pizza.
Plus, no free drink. I don't recommend it, sorry.
14/03/2026: They advertised delivery within 1 hour, but after 1 hour and 30 minutes, still nothing. No calls to cancel or anything, and they stopped answering the phone because it was closing time. Very professional...

10/03/2026: A disgrace! Today, between 2 and 3 pm, the so-called manager verbally abused the young girl who works for you! If you don't like teaching young people, only hire those with 20 years of experience... I feel very sorry for this young girl who endured so much. I'm a regular customer and I see her often; she's a brave girl... I'm going to consider changing companies given how the staff speaks to the employees... A word to the wise!

16/12/2025: If I could have, I would have given it zero stars! Disastrous! The waiter didn't even give me what I asked for, he called me "cousin" and spoke rudely to me! He told me I was difficult!
